I liked the location of the hotel and that was about it. The hotel was not as clean as I would like. The room was not what I expected needs some updates. Good location friendly staff, but the hotel needs updating and to more cleaner.

Based on the price and the rating of three stars our family stayed at the Best Western. Although on the surface everything looked o.k., this turned out to be a fresh coat of paint on obvious surfaces. On closer inspection, our room was not clean, there were stains on the mattress, the bed was not comfortable, and the carpets were overdue for cleaning. On the positive side, the breakfast was pretty good with make it yourself waffles. We would rate it a two star at best.

We have stayed here twice for multiple nights with multiple rooms and we really thought it was a good value for the money. Staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. Pool was huge and clean, food was very good, exercise room nice. Will stay here again.

Phenomenal breakfast buffet. Very dated furnishings. Staff begrudgingly gave us 2 rollaway beds. Breakfast buffet was unbelievable. Never seen something so amazing as complimentary breakfast.

The King room also have a fold out sofa if needed. It was more of a suite. It was very clean. The bathrooms could be updated. I will stay here again. The staff was great. The accommodation were nice. The refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot in the room made it homier.

When we asked for pillows and extra towels we were told there were no extra pillows and only two extra towels. The hotel was clean but you could tell it was an old hotel sloppily refurbished. There was only one young man at the desk and when we called down for an extra pillow and towels we were told there were no pillows and only 2 towels. The stand for our TV was broken so the TV leaned to one side. The remote had no batteries. When we called to ask if they had batteries, we were told that he had an extra remote but we would need to make another trip down to get the remote. Service was horrible.

It’s laid out so that you can get rooms far away from usual hotel noises. The smoking rooms were right by the non smoking. Wish that could change. It was pretty smoky. It was located around some good dining places. It was easy to find. Just right off the interstate. The hotel people were friendly.

Convenient spot right off I-75. Very dirty looking hot tub. Staff very courteous and helpful. Good breakfast. Very family friendly.

Kleenex at the front desk after hours bad sinus issues. I had to travel to Kentucky to resolve a court issue for my son. Not only was I not pleased to be in this state which was very nice to see in the day. I was not expecting a room as nice as I had. In fact when I checked in at a late hour the attendant changed my room rate, which I had already paid for because the room they had me booked for was not cleaned. It was overall a nice visit. Court went well too! I saved money believe it or not we prevailed in court and I was on my way back to SRQ, Fl. (Sarasota) I survived the 10+ hrs it took, we made it home safe!

Great shower. Non smoking room smelled and lobby ladies restroom was dirty and no toilet paper. I won't stay there again. The non-smoking room smelled. We arrived around midnight and I used the lobby restroom and it had not been cleaned - maybe for days, there was no toilet paper - anywhere. Awesome shower though.

Nice breakfast buffet. Door to the building would not close - not safe. This hotel is badly in need of renovation. It was musty and run down in the halls. The carpeting was unattached from the floor. It had a nice breakfast.

Large indoor pool & hot tub & low price. Breakfast wasn't very good and few choices. Can't beat the pool and hot tub for the low price. We were early for check-in but lady at the desk was very helpful. Breakfast was very lacking and not worth money. All in all we had a good stay.
