Friendly employees and very clean hotel. Free breakfast had a large selection and the restaurant in the hotel was also very good. Pool area is huge! Would definitely recommend.

Room and hotel were very humid. There was a wet stop on the carpet in our room when we arrived. Three days later is was still wet!

Hotel was nice and windows did not open for fresh air. The coffee pot was not cleaned from the last guest.

We did not spend a lot of time at this hotel and didn't get to enjoy the extra's the hotel had to offer. What we did notice was the check-in and out was efficient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Our stay was great.

It was clean and the breakfast was decent. Noisy, small rooms. Overall, not a bad place. It is basic but clean. The rooms are on the small side and the television was old with questionable picture. The pool was nice and the breakfast exceeded expectations.

Comfortable bed. Nice shower. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Over all I had a great experience here. The bed was comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water. I few things I noticed, the channel up button on the remote stuck, but it still worked. The free breakfast was not that great. The cereal and drinks were fine. The waffles were not very good. They were out of plates and some of the food items.

Location is good. Need to update the linens and have better pillows. Very good. Very clean. The staff were friendly and courteous. The gym equipment was in good condition. The rooms were attractive. The bathrooms were clean and attractive.

I like the fact that they let you travel with your pet. The overnight staff was beyond not friendly. She was downright rude. The hotel was not bad. It was nice that they allowed us to have our pet at this hotel. That is a nice feature. They need to post the pool and hot tub hours better and knowledge their staff on the hours. The overnight staff lady was beyond rude. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. She is lucky I held my tongue.

The continental breakfast was fabulous. There was nothing that we didn't like. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was courteous. The room was clean, pool area neat with plenty of towels. Bennigan's restaurant was wonderful. We will definitely go back for our nest trip.

The rooms are internet equipped. Also - there were free Choco chip cookies. The rooms were very small. breakfast area was a ways away I thought the hotel served its purpose. The lady at the front desk was super, super friendly! The staff was also very, very knowledgeable. There was nothing special about the rooms. They seemed very small. But - the bathroom was exceptionally clean. The tub didn't drain well!

Location for my needs. Certain staff unfriendly. Did not get room cleaned. The room was initially clean and sanitary. There were only 2 towels & washcloths for two of us (I'm used to at least two each). Our room was not cleaned during our 2 night stay, nor was the towels replaced or coffee supplies replenished. There was only one elevator, and twice I found myself crowded in with housekeeping staff and a bin full of dirty laundry. When checking in, the front desk person was less than friendly, and made me feel like I was a nuisance when I asked for a king bed room instead of the two double bed room I was assigned.

Good location. Conveniently located off I-35, by Mason City and Clear Lake. It was extremely loud in the hallway with kids running around, housekeeping, etc. Nice hotel in a great location. More family friendly than a good place for a getaway for a couple. During the week it may not be so noisy, but on weekends I would not recommend for business people or anyone getting away for R&R or that likes it quiet. Otherwise, it is a good hotel with a lot to offer.

It was convenient for my travel purposes. The hotel was willing to change my room from single to double bed room without any problems. The room had a strange odor. The furance or heat element was quite loud and bothersome to my sleep.

Convenient location. Sink didn't drain. Noisy Air conditioner. Unkempt. Noisy. 1 elevator and a college football team pulled in. Had to use the stairs after that. 5 flights. Continental breakfast smelled good, but we couldn't get anywhere near it.
