We used this hotel as a stop off on our trip to Washington, DC. It was very near the interstate and fairly easy to find. First off the room may have been cleaned after the last guest stayed in it, but that last guest must have stayed there a month prior. The room was musty and there was a visible layer of dust in the shower. Then while walking down to the ice machine I noticed a cockroach sitting defiantly on the sign which points towards the rooms. The continental breakfast left something to be desired. There was the typical waffle maker and tower of bagels and pastry along with some defrosted frozen fruit. There was no fresh fruit or much selection of cold cereal (Fruit Loops or Raisin Bran). Overall not a great experience, but certainly not the worst I've seen.

Clean and close to where we needed to be. Small pool andno elevators.

the staff is rude and it is not in historic downtown but rather in a residential area with limited places to eat and everything nearby closes by 9 pm,not worth the high rate either.

Excellent value. Clean, comfortable room, nice continental breakfast

The continental breakfast was perfect for us because we were in a hurry each morning to get to our sons sporting event. After a full day away from the hotel my son enjoyed getting into the pool. The hotel location was very convenient to both downtown Frederick and the sporting event and many restaurants.

Roof over my head. No elevator; window wouldn't close or stay open. No elevator which is a drag for someone traveling on business or with children. Hotel is in need of renovations; window wouldn't close or stay open! Ran out of coffee on Saturday am. No hot water for tea. No hard boiled eggs on Monday.

I picked the BW Hotel in "historic" Frederick because I hate staying in hotels right off the interstate and the details of the hotel claimed it was located in downtown historic Frederick. It was not! I slept a total of 2 hours that night because the trucks were so loud on route 70. I really am confused on how it can be considered downtown Frederick, but thought I should warn others out there it was not worth the price.

Went to Frederick and attended family party.

It was loud in the rooms. Thin windows. Overall a nice hotel, but it was hard to fall asleep because of all the noise that was coming through the windows/air conditioner from the local highway. Much louder than other hotels I've stayed in.

Check-in/out was fast, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast had several choices and accommodation was adequate. Overall, a good experience within a reasonable price for the area.

It was quiet. Air condition was noisy.

The hotel was amazing, although when billed out it was discovered that Orbitz low price guarantee means nothing. The hotel only charged 78.47 and orbitz charged me 101.60. They tried to explain that the hotel agree to a higher rate to fill rooms. I will never use Orbitz again. Go to the hotel to get the cheaper rate. Orbitz doesn't stand by there lowest price guarantee.

The room was much nicer then I thought it was considering the outside looked old. It was much nicer inside then I thought it was going to be and they had free breakfast which is always nice and convenient. If they would update the outside would make the hotel more welcoming. They had a night person check around the hotel as my neighbors where very loud and up to at least 3 in the morning.

Bathroom was very small and heating/cooling system was very noisy. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom facilities were cramped and sink area was in bedroom.

Front desk was friendly and the hotel was newly renovated. Convenient to highway to get to restaurants and shopping as there was nothing at this particular exit. Overall it was very OK.

No hassles. Tiny gym. Friendly staff, good prices. TV remote did not work, pillow cases inside out. Excellent location.

Convenient location. Poor service. Upon traveling home from a family funeral, my mother and husband stopped at around 10:00 pm. We, bags in hand and tired, were greeted by the General Manager, after he finished with a telephone call. Long story short, we were given the key to an occupied room! We needed the laugh, but I would have hated to be the gentleman we intruded upon.

It was in a convenient location. There were very limited TV channels.

Comfortable bed, microwave/fridge in room is nice. Internet connection was lousy, bathroom quite small.

The hot Waffles. The card for my room would not work right before check-out. Very satisfied with my stay.
