The stay was quiet and peaceful. Old TV's

I liked the location of the hotel and thought that it was pretty clean. The shower knob was broken, so I could not control the water temperature. It would have been a very nice to stay had the shower not been broken.

the rooms smelled of smoke although it was nonsmoking. the bed was hard, the linens were extremely scratchy and so dirty. the bathrooms were decent.

I liked the location very much. There is a great river trail that is nice for walking, running or bike riding. I would have preferred that they would have asked the group to take it inside (even the lobby) or they could have opened the breakfast room. My comfort was not a consideration. I did like my stay other than that.

Very spacious, clean, nice, safe and quiet. Kind of far from Disneyland and was hard to find. Loved the place. Nice, safe, clean, quiet had everything I needed and more. Even thought it was quiet a distance from Disneyland (25 minutes) I would go back to that hotel.

Check in staff was great, very courteous and speedy. Room is large and all amenities worked well. I will stay here again

After coming back from Disneyland with our three childres (ages 5,6 and 7) we went to open our room and someone else was in there. We closed the door went to tell the clerk...mind you this was around 1am. Apparently someone robbed that room that night when the room tenant couldnt specify what was actually taken...all because of a staffs mess up our children were exposed to humiliation of being searched in broad daylight upon our check out and officers went through there things, questioned them and found NOTHING. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed and the hotel manager didnt apologize for any of our inconvenience.

Good location. Bad traffic and construction. Would stay again.

I've stayed in a lot of other Best Westerns and rate them highly. Although this hotel was clean, the non-smoking room smelled smokey and didn't have internet access. On top of all this, at check-in the front desk staff was not friendly! The Anaheim Hills BW is an embarassment to the Best Western name. Unless this hotel receives a complete renovation (building AND staff), I don't see recommending this BW to anyone.

The Best Western Anaheim Hills provided just what we were looking for: A clean, comfortable room within easy driving distance of our desired location. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. I especially liked the shower head that was mounted way up the wall so I didn't have to lean down (I'm 6'3). Although it is very close to a busy freeway we didn't notice any excessive noise. The bathroom was decent sized and the curtain bowed out to give more room for a shower. We didn't expect First Class accomodations for what we paid but what we got was just right. Two quibbles, however. The original room we were assigned was supposed to be non-smoking but when we opened the door it had a very strong smoke odor. So, either it wasn't a non-smoking room after all or else a previous guest ignored the rules. We were promptly given another equivalent room that was fine. Also, the TV reception was terrible and the channels were limited. Granted, not the main reason a room is rented but I like to relax and watch TV when not out and about.

Very spacious room. No conditioner. Room was spacious. Breakfast was cheap. No separate shampoo and conditioner. Bed was comfy enough. It suited our purpose as a place to comfortably sleep.

Other tenants very noisey at midnight in the hallways.

Location, walking distance to restraunt. A block away from theatre. The employees at check in and out were very pleasant. The continental breakfast was more than I expected, and clean area. I liked how I could walk next door to eat, and drive just across the street to the drug store. A block away was a theatre. Great location.

I enjoyed stay at the motel. The only real problem was we didn't have a stopper for the bath tub. We both love to take a bath. The water didn't seem to get very hot. We took cool baths. The room was clean and very nice. The bed were nice, so was the table and chairs. It was very comfortable for our needs.

It was close to where I needed to be. Ant's and my toilet didn't work well. It's in a nice location for my needs and would return again.

Their so called breakfast bar left a lot to be desired. No real choices. Coffee, juice and cold cereal, bagel and muffin was all offered. Just thrown on the bar. Hotel is nice but the none smoking room had been a smoking room. Could still smell the smoke. Not good for alergy people.

Clean room, spacey. Found a dead bug inside the room. Good value for the money.

The staff was very helpful. It is a difficult location to get to, as traffic at the intersection only allows access from one direction of one street.
