I am amazed this hotel has ANY bad reviews. It is an amazing find. The beds are some of the most comfortable I have slept in and the service was just incredible. I travel on business alot, and recieved a handwritten card and candies in my room welcoming me. Their fitness room is brand new and high tech and their complimentary breakfast was way beyond expectations. I was truly impressed.

This hotel was an AMAZING value for the quality of hotel. It has been completely renovated and is luxorious and beautiful in the guest rooms. With a beautiful pool, complete fitness center, business center, and wonderful complimentary breakfast, I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone!!

This hotel is walking distance to Bellis Fair Mall and only about 10 minutes from the Airport. The room was quiet, clean and very roomy with nice heritage furniture. There was a bar sized fridge and a small microwave and a coffee maker with complimentary coffee. Reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The room was nice but the toilet ran all night. We complained the morning after our first night, they told us that someone would be in the fix the toilet. So expecting that it had been fixed, we returned to the room for the night only to find that it was still running all night. This kept us up, unable to sleep. We complained again the next morning at the front desk but they told us that there was nothing they could do. It was really quite frustrating.

The room we had was small. The queen bed pulled out from the wall and had one of the worst matresses I've slept on (broken springs too). There was a step up to get in the bathroom which was dangerous. The desk for business work was non-functional. The heat/cool didn't work well and the fan blew right on the bed. Attractive from the outside and descent breakfast, but wouldn't book it again.

Very nice front desk staff and nice complimentary breakfast. Iwas surprised to find the room had a bed that came out of the wall. Conveniently located across from the mall, nice place to stay.

Staff was rude. Used fowl language. No elevators to help handicapped individuals. Staff not trained to answer questions. Worst staff I have ever encountered.

Clean and professional and most of all it had a modern feel. The hotel had a few seperate buildings an annoying walk in the snow to the lobby. Amazing value- we were impressed! Our hotel was great. Very clean and modern our room was small with a pull down wall bed but it was really comfortable. We slept awesome. We just wish we didn't have to leave so early since they had a pool!

Convenient location for shopping etc. Too close to Highway - buildings spread apart (rainy). Nice friendly staff - clean - but too close to highway and outbuildings are a pain when having to walk outside in the rain --- great gym facilities.

Great exercise facility. Cleaning staff is really loud in the mornings. Overall great hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Great Mexican restaurant right across the parking lot. And a huge exercise room with cardio machines and free weights that is open 24 hours a day. I travel for work and hotels with quality exercise rooms are hard to find. My only complaint is that the cleaning staff was pretty loud and started very early in the morning. Since I arrived late the previous night I was hoping to sleep in, which didn't happen. But I would definitely stay at this hotel again based on the exercise equipment alone.

Good location, next to restaurants and across shopping. Walls are thin; other guests could be heard easily. It’s next to a strip mall with restaurants, and in the same parking lot as a Burger King, and many other restaurants near. Shopping center is across the street, yet the location is fairly quiet. Staff was helpful, and there was a good fitness center. Free breakfast also.

Very convenient location and reasonable price. Very good shower. Layers of grime showing it had not been really cleaned for a long time if ever. Had crumbs on the bedside table, safety lock fell out of the door, Oldfacility, general area looked clean but not our room. Was ok for us as we were only there to sleep, but we would not choose it again. Complimentary breakfast was not worth looking at.

Conveniently located, quiet, nice pool and clean. Key cards failed to work and needed replaced twice. The hotel met our needs well with a conveniently located well appointed room. It was easily accessible and the parking was good. The breakfast that was offeredwas excellent and was served in a very comfortable welcoming environment. We enjoyed our visit.
