A bit overpriced but enjoyed my stay.

Friendly, bed was good, clean. Would like plastic covered cups in bathroom. We sould have liked a king size bed but we were told they were more expensive.

Nice room, internet worked well and had new flat screen TV. It's older, but decently kept. Nice multi story hotel, good place for business travel.

Complementary newspaper, continental breakfast, good service. Very poor ventilation. No bathroom exhaust. No fresh-air. (Smoke from rooms below came in through the AC vents). Great hotel staff. Hotel restaurant is decent. There is a bar in the basement. Close to many amenities. Rooms are clean and quiet. Tall building with narrow stair-cases and only one slow elevator. My room had very poor ventilation. No intake fan or exhaust fan. Windows do not open. Only a small slit opened for fresh air, but half the time air flowed in through AC vent from smoker's rooms and went out through the slit.

Outdated in pretty much all aspects. The town of Lethbridge is mainly constructed with new buildings, the hotel building though is old and should be renovated soon, does not meet today's expectations/standards. Especially the town of Lethbridge is well appointed and maintained.

Close to everything. No pool. The only thing I was disappointed with it had no pool which I enjoy.

I appreciated free high speed, low cost meals, friendly staff and clean rooms. A good place to stay for the business or leisure traveler. All the basics are provided. Friendly staff.
