Very clean rooms and nice and friendly staff. We enjoyed staying at the Best Western, it was very nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. Except they need to have a continental breakfast. I can't believe that they didn't have breakfast.

the motel was nice enough, but they advertised that there was a hot tub for the guests use. when we tried to use it, it was closed for season, although their marquee was flashing Pool, Hot Tub, Fitness center. i explained to the front dest how disappointed i was, and i was told that they would contact the manager. i never heard from them.

Only 5 miles or so from the entrance to Arches NP, this motel is a great bargain and a home base for exploring all that Moab and Arches has to offer. If you are staying for more than a night, there is an active family night life in town, along with many restaurants and shops open late for tourists. The rooms were recently updated with new beds, furniture, and bathrooms redone with high quality furniture. Whoever did the remodel did a nice job...flat screen tv, super clean & fancy shower/tub with multiple Speakman showerheads. The pool was a nice treat after a hard day of hiking/biking in the hot Arches NP in the middle of July. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were clean and well decorated. I would recommend. The pool was closed due to seasonal conditions. Very nice. Good choice. It sits in the middle of town so it makes it easy to take advantage of shopping and eating. Very nice staff. My family and Iwas very comfortable and pleased with the accommodations.

We moved out of the Moab Valley Inn after one night and into the Best Western. It was clean, nicely decorated with new furnishing and had a totally acceptable pool, hot tub and fitness center. Online acces with a printer in the lobby made our boarding passes a breeze for the return home. Real cream with the coffe would be an appreciated plus but a trip to the market and the in room refigerator solved the problem. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

It was convenient to the highway, easy to find. Breakfast stops being served too early. Nice, simple, everything you want.

We were ready to tuck in to bed by the time we rolled into town, and the girl at the front desk only took about 30 seconds to check my reservation and get the key. We were able to park next to the room, a plus after a long travel. The pool was outdoors and closed for winter, but we were in no mood to stay up swimming anyway. Supper at the on-location Chinese restaurant was delicious, but there was no kid's menu, and the daughter ended up with a tremendous plate of food. My only complaint about the room was the loud refrigerator. I liked the decor, and it looked to be very clean to me.

We stayed there three nights. On the third night at 5pm we and others in the hotel were told not to use the toilet or the shower and if we needed to use the bathroom to go over to use the restroom in the pool area. I found under the bed, someone's prescription glasses, a sponge for dishwashing along with wrappers and other material. It was obvious they were not cleaning this room. The management offered us a 50% discount on the last night of stay. We took it and left. They said they were working on the sewer system. We didn't see anyone that evening or the next morning working on the sewer system.I felt sorry for the staff having to phone all these families and tell them not to shower or use the toilets in their rooms.

Location. AC and soda machine(s) did not work, had to go across the street to the Ramada at 11 pm. Good location but everything else was bad. Room was not that nice. The A/C did not work and the hotel staff told us that there were no other rooms available. I returned to the room at 11 pm from dinner and wanted water. Both soda machines were out of order, so I had to walk across the street at 11 pm to the Ramada to get a bottle of water.

My partner and I just completed a 14 day trip through the National Parks. This hotel has clean rooms and the facility is fresh. It is also in a great location.

My room was very easy to get to, along with the hotel itself. It worked well for my purposes, however I found it to be too expensive.

"I just stayed at this hotel during the Mini Marathon event in Moab. Looks like an average hotel from the outside, but WOW! The rooms have been redone and are completely new with flat screen TVs. The beds were new too. I would definitely stay here again. Better than some of the places my friends stayed in!"

"it was one of the most terrible hotels that i have ever stayed, mostly because it was sooo dirty, the floor looked like it has not been cleaned for months. bedrooms was like the apartment that you would never want to rent in college,,,,and of course when we decide to tell the front desk lady, she did not even said a sorry to us, unbelievable!! never again."

"Clean, comfortable, close to attractions in Moab. Friendly and helpful staff. Elevator to second floor would be helpful with heavy luggage, but that's a minor point. I would definitely stay here again."
