1. check in staff did not activate key for the whole week. 2. Had to wake up front staff on Wednesday morning to make continental coffee at 6:30 am. 3. Bathroom sink did not drain. Shower needed painting since the installation of different shower curtain. 4. Fitness room contained 3 pieces of equipment only. 5. Cont. breakfast was a joke. The fruit looked very bad (old) not to mention the bread products were stale. 6. Other than the above items, the room was comfortable and for the price, probably worth it, but I would not recommend to someone as a vacation stay.

The staff were friendly and it was quiet and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was pretty cheap, I am used to more food choices.

Stayed there for 2 nights, beds were comforatbale, room was clean, staff was very friendly. Not much I can say was wrong with the stay.

Carpet and furniture was shabby and worn. Bed was OK. Springs in chair in the room were completely worn out and bottomed out to the frame. Carpet worn out and did not look the cleanest. Continental breakfast was a joke, consisting primarily of grocery store bagels, bread, and dry cereal. Hotel was very overpriced for the quality of the facility. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have just two issues. I like peace and quiet when I sleep, and this is a new proerty with very thin walls. I could here everything all night long. Also, the curtains didn't block out enough light. But for the purpose I guess it worked.

Good location, close to highways. Smoking room, smelly. The room was very spacious, and appointed with a comfortable bed as well as a fridge and a microwave. However, Kansas still allows smoking in hotels, so beware of a smoking room. The breakfast in the morning was mediocre, although there were waffles.

The person at the front desk was nice. Check in was fairly painless. We entered our room, it was very roomy however, the bathroom was very dirty. The toilet seat was "stained" and there were hairs on the floor. The bed sheets looked to have been used and not replaced. The sheets were flipped inside out and were extremely wrinkled. The refrigerator in the room was on but did not work well. Did not chill the items. The people were nice but the room was not clean. I wouldn't stay here again.

The bathroom was bigger then most and room was spacious & clean. They had a flood light on top of the hotel which made it light in our room at night. If it wasn't for the flood light glaring into the room we stayed in, I would give it a 10. Very clean enjoyed everything else.

Upon check-in we were greeted right away by very helpful and friendly people. Our rooms were clean and there was no smoke odor in our smoke free rooms. The beds were ok but the chairs in the rooms were very uncomfortable. There is not much to do right in the neighborhood but there are alot of restaurants. The breakfast is not worth going to unless you just need a sugar rush. Overall I would stay here again over night but not longer than that.

The blanket/ the bed. This hotel is like a motel 6 cheap beds and blankets. If our going to stay here brings a sleeping bag so you don’t have to torch the blankets.

We had a good experience with the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

They did let me move to a non-smoking room after I became upset. The rooms are large and have a refrigerator and microwave, but have very little furniture. There was a recliner (old and worn) that was dirty and a small end table beside that. A small table and chair as well. The beds were ok.

I cancelled the morning of 7/10/07 which was one day before my one night reservation of 7/11/07and was charged one night's room. The hotel refused to give me a refund. The hotel was not full. This hotel cheated me out of 80. If I ever find the opportunity to do a review on the Internet, I will do one that warns people to stay away from these folks and perhaps an online travel website as well.

The breakfast was good. Management was not accommodating.

We enjoyed the pool area. Breakfast could have been better. Hotel was clean and met our needs for the night while traveling across the country. Staff was very good. Continental breakfast could've been better, but we still managed to find enough to fill our stomachs.

"The BW Governors Inn was a very inexpensive and quite acceptable lodging alternative. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and truly smoke-free, the breakfast was tasty and more than sufficient to start the day, and only the fitness center was a bit sparse (cardio only, not even a weight machine). Service was fast and fairly friendly, and hotel was easily accessible from all major interstates around Wichita. A great stay!"

The staff is professional and kind. It is clean. Very plain. Clean, efficient hotel. Lacks amenities such as option to purchase movies in your room -- but fine for a quick business trip.

"If you are a non-smoker and second-hand smoke bothers you be sure to request a room on the first or second floor. Right now half of the rooms on the third floor are smoking and are divided by the elevator and snack area. However, the smoke fills the hallway and enters the rooms under the doors.(There is about a 1/2 inch gap at the bottom of the door.) We were originally given a smoking room, which was a bit dirty, but the front desk clerk switched our room for us. The staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast was just okay. Do stay here just check your room. "

People were friendly. Room not clean found food in drawer no hotel brochure to tell how to access internet or breakfast. Hotel was ok but not as nice as I expected. The door to my room was broken and there were opened packages of food in one of the drawers. Room was very dark and so was bathroom. Never knew what time breakfast was so missed it.

"This probably needs to be reviewed by the travel website again, the local restaurants were average, for a business traveler one night isn't too bad I spent a week there and I won't be going back. The Breakfast was unacceptable, NON-Smoking rooms weren't.They do have quick access to the interstates. This is more for the OTR driver who needs a place to stay, I woldn't suggest families as there is nothing to do in the area...."
