the golden sails best western was a good value for the money, friendly staff, nice room.. could use some updating, but very comfortable.

It was a pleasant surprise - nice large room with 2 queen beds, a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot, plenty of towels. The only problem was the security gate would not open near the room and since it was New Years it wasn't fixed promptly. But we were near the office and get in that way.

An older property but much more then I expected. Staff was great and the room was recently remodeled and fairly modern. The no charge shuttle to the Long Beach GP was a nice touch and save me $50-$6o in parking fees. I would stay there on my next visit.
