We ended up staying only one night, this hotel has bed bugs. My wife was bitten all over her body. I will never stay at another Best Western again. This was the worse experience ever.

a mile away from the beach, it was a nice stay. ihop is right downstairs

manager very abrupt and would not take time to hear my concerns.....he just said no that is not true when i told him someone had been smoking in my room one day when i was out of room allday. he turned his back and went to his office. location and shuttle service was good.

Nothing really stood out atbthis hotel. Since the hotel was renovated recently. It took us a while to locate it because of that fact. Its also not really walking distance to the Santa Monica pier (unless you're up for a 20 block walk). They did, however, provide a free shuttle ride to the beach and shopping areas.

Not bad in quality this place but just to far from shops and restaurants. They provided a shuttle service to Santa monica beach but still not the same as staying close to the attractions. Rooms are pretty small also

i am very much sold on best western. the price is right, the location is perfect...as far as the room goes, i'm use to larger space, but! the friendliness of the hotel and restaurant staff impressed me...... ....and parking was very convinient, no need to look too far....you will be my home away from home so see you next time best western....

This hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. I have stayed at other hotels on the beach in Santa Monica that don't even compare. And there is always parking. It is a great place to stay for business trips. I usually check in late and leave early in the morning so I cannot comment on any other part of the hotel than the room. I even left my toothpast at home and the front office told me not a problem, just pick some up at the front desk. So I never had to leave the hotel. That's service!
