Continental breakfast. Pool was too crowded, chairs uncomfortable. Overall, great value. Clean, roomy, andcomfortable beds.

Stay was excellent and staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Have stayed here twice. Once with a dog and famiily and once with no dog. Both stays were excellent. Rooms very clean. Close to Shands Hospital. Would always stay here when coming to Gainesville. Continental breakfast was excellent, many choices. Would stay at Best Western again in the future. Kids loved breakfast here. Extremely quiet rooms.

Great location if you want to be near the hi-way, great price with Priceline, good breakfast for free. Overall a nice place.

The staff was friendly and kind. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! The lounge had good food and plenty of TVs to watch.

We did order a smoking room. There are only 6 rooms available, but staff did put us on the first floor by the pool so that we could go out to smoke.

By far the best G-ville hotel I have stayed in over the years. Right off I-75, close to UF, 20-25min. Attention to detail, bath rooms spotless. Daily newspaper. Friendly staff. Clean pool/area. Free continental breakfast, plenty to eat and items looked fresh. You could hear gator band music playing in lobby and outside enterance. Impressed. Will certaintly stay there again.

Service was outstanding and clean. Had a bar/restaurant attached, but you could not access without going outside. Great accommodations! Set's a new bar for Best Western Hotels.

Good hotel newly remodeled, great location to interstate4:30 am wake up call that I did not request! No soap in bathroom. But facilities are great. Continential breakfast is okay but it is free.

Pool complex was really nice. Non smoking. Beds were not comfortable. Hotel was clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was nice. Kids loved the pool. Entire place was non-smoking which was great! Bathroom was tiny but clean. Would visit again. Very pleasant stay.

Available business center. Interstate location. Room decor outdated. Staff could use training in talking to customers pleasantly. I would recommend this hotel for the Interstate traveler. It is conveniently located off I-75. Nice lobby and public spaces. Room looked old and outdated, but clean. A business center is available but you have to go to the front desk to get a special key. It is an unnecessary inconvenience. The door should be programmed to accept a key from a current customer. It is nicer than any other Interstate hotel I checked out.

The hotel had very nice public areas, and the staff was very helpful. There was an access door near my room that was out of order.
