The Hotel Was Ice Cold The Heating Was Terrible They Put A Space Heater In our Room To Warm It Up.

I got lost at 2am & the staff went out of their way to help me find my way. I have NEVER been in a hotel room this clean in my life! The rooms were extremely spacious, I would have expected this much from a suite but not in a standard room. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It's not 3-star hotel, but nice clean motel for the price. Not too far from Atlantic City but quiet location. Breakfast is better compare to other motels in area. Orbitz has their own star rating, which is misleading.

None. Unfriendly and rude staff in a dirty environment. The staff need to be trained in business and they need to vacuum the rooms. They are very dusty and dirty. I left with a cold.

everything was so fine that i will be dyeing to go back. front desk staff was friendly and was very helpful. rooms were excellent and clean better than casinos.

when i checked in, the supervisor(his name is [...]) gave me a room not knowing that is already occupied. my son and i open the door and saw semi naked couple on the bed. I immediately went back to the front desk and request another room and thats when my worst experienced begin. The room looks ok, it was fitted with a jacuzzi, my son filled up the tub and when he is done the water never drain. also the sink didnt drain either. The following day, the sink and tub arent drain yet, the towels are filthy and has hair from previous customer. the hair dryer is not working when my wife tried to use it.

The bathroom tub and shower was very clean and modern. The bed was broken and they offered me a 20% discount on my next stay. I was disgusted with this Best Western because it looks like a cheap motel that Best Western bought and put there name on it. One of the double bed had a broken down mattress and neither beds were comfortable to sleep in. They offered me a dusty filthy roller bed and a 20% discount on my next stay at that same Absecon Best Western. You couldn't pay me to stay there ever again, if I wanted to stay in a cheap motel I would have for half the price. That room should never had been sold to begin with to anyone. They pretended to not know that the bed was broken. I have stayed at several Best Westerns and it was always comfortable stay and very accommodating.

The Hotel is nice,but don't go there with high expectations, becouse is just a step up from a Motel, even looks like one. The room was not so clean, and smeling roses, but for one night and just 10 minutes from AC, it was ok. We got a upgrade to a "honey moon siute" for only an extra $25, that was nice and the staff is friendly. Overall is reccomendable only if it's not for a long stay, and if you'r not waiting to see a real Hotel for that price.

Convenience to Atlantic City. You have to drive a mile or so further North, then make a U Turn to access motel. The staff was friendly, professional. The room was clean. Facility was in good condition and parking was easy.

Appearance of room, Dirty towels. The location and appearance of the room was nice. However the towels and bath cloths were gray in color- dingy looking. And we were asked to move to another room after the first night stay, with no explanation.

Hotel was great, service was excellent and the rooms were clean. The only complaint that I have is that there are no resturants in walking distance and it is not "minutes" from AC. It's actually a $30 cab ride there and $35-$38 back. We drove into AC during the day and paid to park. At night we took the cab into AC.It cost us over $130 just in cab fees.So if your trying to save money by getting a room off the strip, forget it it's not worth it.Pay the money and stay in AC. If your just looking for R&R then this is a great place to stay.

The location was close to Atlantic City. Breakfast ends 9:30 amon the dot, no extra anything, very generic.

It was easy to check in and out and the room was clean. I was not awakened by noise or a housekeeper so I was allowed to sleep in as I arrived very late and forgot to hang out a do not disturb sign.

It was cheap and clean. The bed was not very comfortable and not enough pillows. It was clean but the bed was not very comfortable and there were not enough pillows on the bed. It was close to Atlantic City. I would stay here again but I would ask for more pillows next time.
