The workout room had equipment that was broken - nothing worked right. Couldn't access the internet. The workout room had equipment that was broken - nothing worked right so we could not work out. I couldn't access the internet. I tried several times. I called the front desk but they were not helpful (gave me the tech phone number). I phoned the tech who was unable to help. There is a nice Clarion around the corner (why would I stay here again?).

We visit relatives in the area about once a year and usually stay at a hotel across the street, but since it was full we stayed here this trip. In addition to saving over 200 on the room, we were also delighted with the pool and used it several times during our six night stay. Staff was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

price was a little steep but the room was nice and was clean. the pool was bathwater warm and the spa was awesome! i would stay there again and would recommend it to friends and family. A+

The location is great for both the suny campus and downtown nightlife is a quick cab away. The breakfast closed up quite early.

The hotel was Great! The breakfast was a plus along with the warm pool. It was a perfect respite. The hotel room was so clean and nice. The staff was great and accomodating. The only thing it that I thought the price was a little steep. But it was a pleasant experience.

Fresh waffles, pool, hot tub. Gym equipment was in need of repair. Overall good experience - one of the better continental breakfasts; pool & hot tub made me wish I brought my bathing suit; front desk did not have local maps, but they went out of their way to dig one up from the local newspaper.

Staffwas very friendly and the cleanness. This hotel had a friendly staff speciallythe man at the front desk to my kids and my self. He was very helpful in finding places were we wanted to to go. The hotel was very clean and the kids loved the indoor pool.

Good staff, good continential breakfast and I expected it from a Best Western though. Best Westerns are usually great no matter where you go. This one in particular was great as it should be.

The breakfast was quite good. You could make your own waffles. It was a little noisy. The staff was very nice and the facilities seemed fairly clean. It was a good value for the money.

The continental breakfast was excellent. Other guests using the pool did not pick up towels, and the staff seemed to be busy doing other things. My son and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel was close to major attractions, and the staff was helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend the continental breakfast.
