Bad bad hotel couldn't even give you the right rooms we changed room 7 times.

I was in Galway for just a few days, meeting up with a friend in the city. This hotel is only a short bus ride from the city, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. For the price the location is GREAT. The bus ride is only 1.60 Euros. Once in the city there is plenty to do. The reception and house cleaning staff are fabulous! Pleasant and very helpful. Unfortunately, can't say the same for the bar tender. Wanted to eat dinner at the bar, and he said sure. When my dinner came, he told me I had to move to a table. Wouldn't have ordered dinner there had he told me that in the first place. Other than that, had a fabulous experience. I even booked an extra night here!! Another bonus... free wifi! Great for Skyping and keeping in touch family back in the USA!

Large rooms. Easy parking. Easy cab ride to downtown. Long walk from downtown. Nice American style accomodations. Free internet. If you are willing to take a cab from downtown (8 Euros) it's a great place to stay.

An absolutely excellent hotel!! The service from the staff was among the best I have ever encountered. A truly wonderful experience _ I will be back again!!

very covinient since there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. The room was very well decorated. But we didn't have wireless internet in our room, and it did not get fix until the second night, which is not so great.

The Hotel was OK. Downpoints were that it was too far from downtown, and rather expensive for a basic hotel room.

Mature Couple. Frequent visitor to Galway for leisure & medical reasonsVery good value for money. Staff very helpful. Located beside three hospitals leaves the hotel ideally placed for hospital/consultant visits

Located on bus line to Dublin. Iron didn't work and laundry not available. The Inn is very adequate, with large rooms. The best feature is that it is on a bus line to City Center. This made traveling less expensive and quite manageable. Some staff were very helpful.

Was absolutely delighted with the accomodation. We expected a budget hotel with no frills. The hotel more than exceeded our expectations. Easy access to the centre by bus or taxi. We walked back from the centre one night, was about a half hourwalk. Would recommend to anyone visiting Galway.

Free ParkingWe wanted to stay in the city centre but the free parking swung it for Flannery's. Our stay was very pleasant and the room good value. Hotel is spacious with a nice bar and decent breakfast. Room has a window looking out into Galway bay in the distance - low level roof with air con units etc and light industry in the foreground! Only hitch was the fire alarm going off around 1am. It went off again very quickly but there was much stomping of urgent feet as staff sourced the problem - could have happened anywhere really.

One of the best value hotels I have stayed inExcellent service at reception, excellent service in the bar and restaurant. Even the bar food was terrific. Quality of accommodation was outstanding. Plenty of car parking space. I will stay here on all my Galway visits.

Lucky choiceBought excellent value 3 day ticket at airport. Valid on Airport Express, "Hop on Hop off " circular route tourist bus and on Dublin normal service buses on all routes that extend even beyond Bray and Howth. So arrived by bus from O'Connell St to a stop near hotel. It was difficult to find the rather narrow street frontage of the hotel, having not known exactly where the bus had droped us. So study a map before you try this. The hotel is very well placed and near, but not uncomfotably near, a wide variety of attractions that cover a range of interests. Once again study the map first.Excellent breakfasts, plenty of pubs and attractive cafes around, such a lovely park at St Stephens Green with interesting sculpture. I was very pleased with my choice of this hotel.

good hotel, central location, good music in bar at weekend, great food, my room was on the 4th. floor, it could do with up dating, wool blankets on bed, bathroom was very clean

Really friendly place, the reception staff were really good with local knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms very clean and recently refurbished. On a bus route into town centre with stop right outside the hotel, bus stops at the race course in the other direction - no need for taxis at all. Would certainly come again
