It was ok, nothing special

The room was clean and the staff was nice. It is also located very close to Fiesta Texas. We checked in at about 9pm and the air didn't cool the room until about 6:00am. It was really stuffy. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good. We liked the fact that the hotel is close to Fiesta Texas.

The room we had at the best western fiesta inn was great. First of all it was clean and quiet. It was accessible from the freeway, but for out of towners very confusing dealing with the frontage roads where people drive 60mph. when you have to exit into a hotel driveway. We didn't like that you had to use turnarounds whenever you left to get back into the Hotel because it's a one way street and no back entrance. Very hard to explain this one. It was roomy and comfortable.

Great location, easy to navigate and get back to. This was a great hotel because it is located within 3 miles of Fiesta Texas, but not overly priced. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the breakfast was not too bad either.

We requested extra pillows and blankets, and they were delivered cheerfully and quickly. The counter people were very friendly, and competent. The stay was an altogether pleasant one. We would go back.

Front desk is helpful, computer is available at the front and has microwave in the room. Carpet is not clean and one lamp is not working.

It was close to everythingI needed and clean. NA Hostess was very nice, good location, enjoyed hot tub and pool after a long day at Six Flags.

Amenities. Not being able to stay an additional evening because they told us they were booked. Highly recommend, staff was not problem solvers.

The room was so nice and big! The rooms open up to the outside. Huge rooms, clean, great breakfast.

With one exception and not overly so, the staff was very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was okay, but the seating area was limited. The location was convenient for what we needed and there were several options for shopping and dining. I'm usually not offended by cigarette smoke, so it didn't matter to me if we were in smoking or non, but our room (which, granted, was smoking although it did have a non-smoking sign on the door) fairly reeked of stale smoke. We really did enjoy our stay and the couple of times that we needed something, the staff responded promptly. My daughter really loved the pool. It was just the right size and I liked the fact that it was enclosed in a nicely landscaped inner courtyard.

Very clean, friendly people, and delicious continental breakfast. The water in the bath tub was draining very slowly, it was very horrible. The hotel has a wonderful location, its pool is clean, the rooms are in excellent condition and smell clean. We did not think about eating the continental breakfast, but when my husband went to see what they had, we decided to stay to eat there, because there was variety in their food and delicious. We had problems with the bath tub. It did not drain correctly.

The room was comfortable and clean. The fridge and microwave helped make the trip more economical. The breakfast bar waffles were a nice touch. Maintenance was done while we were out; switched shower head, Feels odd that someone was in my room when it had already been cleaned; unnecessary. Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet despite access to nearby freeway.

Convenient to places I needed. Staff. I was charged twice for the room. Horrible customer service. I would not use this location again. I will inquire next time if the hotel is corporately owned or if it is an individual franchise. Franchises can do what ever they want and do not answer to anyone. Would not do business with the establishment again.

Nice rooms and lobby. wifi didn't work, room wasn't ready until 5 pm. This place was nice for the star rating. We stayed there for the Alamo Bowl weekend. The lobby was clean and well decorated, the room was also nice. I do have a few complaints, though. Even though check-in was at 3 pm, when we arrived at 4:30 we were told that it would be another 30 minutes until our room was ready. We have a 17 month old son and that really threw off our schedule since we had to go find something to do until the room was ready. No nap for him on that day. Not good for an evening football game. Then the wifi wasn't working in the entire hotel. Lastly, I was a dingbat and left my checkbook and a gift card that I got as a Christmas present in the drawer of the dresser (so I wouldn't be lugging them around the Alamo dome.) Anyway, I didn't realize it till we got back to Houston and the cleaning staff found the checkbook and returned it to the front desk. But didn't find the gift card.

We had a frig, microwave, recliner, great room layout,, clean pool & Jacuzzi. Our stay and trip was excellent in everyway. I couldn't have asked for a better place for my son and I to stay. The hotel was clean and relaxing and it added greatly to the fun we had at Sea World and Wildlife Ranch and Safari.
