It was comfortable, although we spent little time in the hotel. Main items that were satisfactory are that it was clean, quiet and we were able to sleep well.

The staff was very accomodating nice friendly and very helpful. They charged $17/day parking when the lot next door charged $5.

This hotel has what we want when we go to the Falls, which is often. Clean, safe, good rates & probably the best location in Niagara Falls. Yes you have to pay $10 for parking, but if you know that ahead of time it's no big deal. If you book online make sure you get a room in the newer part. They're bigger & brighter than the older section. There's nothing wrong with the older part of the hotel, obviously been upgraded, but for an extra $10 get a big room. It's a very short walk to the Casino, Skylon & the Falls. Nice staff. Why pay more at nearby hotels?

ONLY complaint that I have for this place is the corporate website (www.bestwestern.com), where I booked this stay (actually 2 stays, one Thursday/Friday and the other the Monday/Tuesday just afterward, after the 1st stay), does NOT provide any warning that after securing the lowest cost accomodations using their paid-in-advance Internet Only rate, that an additional 10 PARKING FEE would be assessed. Otherwise, excellent location, good price, good security, clean room, 100% NON SMOKING. Their restaurant did not seem, FROM ITS MENU ALONE, to be worth visiting so we did not. But in easy walking distance are a NUMBER of excellent choices. The Happy Wanderer (German), My Cousin Vinnie's (Italian/American), Applebees, The Keg, Wolfgang Puck's, as well as a Brazillian Steak House, any number of eating establishments in the VERY nearby Fallsview Casino & Mall, etc. About 3 blocks from the Falls, an easy walk, with Bridal Veil Falls immediately visible after stepping out to the corner of the street.

We went for dinner in their dinning room. Very good. Used the hot tub. Would like loungers in the pool area

I loved that our whole family could come, including our dog. Having her there made the trip so much more enjoyable. Check out time was a bit of a wait. And I was not fond of the parking fees. Great sized room with all of the basic amenities for four family members plus our dog. Good value and being close to the falls was an added plus. Everything was pretty much within walking distance.

This hotel was great, the people that work there realy love animals! They have a kennel at teh hotel so that when you go out sightseeing he isnt lonely in the room with out you. The rooms with 2 queen beds were huge it fit teh 4 of us and our 2 golden labs with plenty of room to spare. We got a really good price on the room because we stayed during the week. Very close to everything we wantedto see and do. not many places in the city take pets so it makes this one a no brainer!

We spent this last Saturday at teh Best Western and we had a great time. The people at the lobby when we checked in were very very nice. We didn't know really what we wanted to do with our limited time there so they helped us make sure we got in the best things to do in the city. They are right across the street from the skylon tower ad the imax theatre so that was a great thing to do when it was snowing, we didn't have to walk far with the kids. The sklyon tower has a sort of arcade, carnival area there taht we spent a good 2 hours there with the kids. We had dinner there too, the dining room revolves so we got to see the whole city while we ate! It was so convenient to have the hotel right across the street. The Niagara Falls are only a walk down the hill so it took less than 5 minutes to walk down to them. The rooms were really nice and big. We got a room with the two queen sized beds they called the deluxe room. It was HUGE. Very nice for a big family. The pool was open for most of the day, it ws open from 8 in the morning until 11 at night so the kids could swim anytime they wanted. I would recommend the Best Western to anyone. It really was a nice hotel to stay at. The prices were really good, they were really close to everything our family wanted to see, the rooms were very big and very clean and al the staff we met were very nice. A good value for the area.

Simple plain hotel nothing special, but not bad. The heater only had an on/off, and no working thermostat. This was a plain hotel, that me our needs. It didn't have anything special. One comment though, is that this is a no smoking hotel, and I always respect that rule, and go outside. This being said, when we bid on a hotel, perhaps you could put in an option for smoking if possible. Not sure if this is possible.

Walking distance to the Falls, Casino and the Skylon Tower. Dated.

It was right across the street from the new casino, and a short walk to the falls. We had the breakfast buffet at the attached restaurant and it was pretty bad. But it was relatively, cheap. The room was spacious, with a balcony. The only way you had a Falls view is if you stood on the street and looked down the hill. It was right across the street from Falls view casino, but don't attempt to walk to Clifton hill in heals, my mistake!

Very friendly and close to attractions. Construction next door. Very close to all amenities, front line staff is great and do care about your visit.

Good location. 24hr shop. Parking lot is poorly designed and you have to pay 10 dollars. The room smelt musky and the shower curtain was moldy. There was a big brown stain in the ceiling tile above the shower! The Coffee Carafe was dirty.

Convenient to places. Hotel does not have refrigerator/microwave. I stayed there only 1 night. If I choose this hotel for vacation, I think that I won't stay there more than 2 nights.

Condominium type Hotel. Not so bad. Not so bad impression. Everything is ok. Rooms and Hotel inside is not so bright. I did not think I would be charged for Parking ($10.0).

Very clean and great, location. Need more elevators. The hotel is very clean and staff members are all very friendly. The location was great and meets my needs.

The only thing good of this hotel was the location. Very dirty, terrible view and horrible bad room. It has carpet in the walls! The worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life. Ended up sick of this please. Would not ever recommend this place to anybody. This is a motel, not a hotel. My wife and I were tempted to leave the place and better sleep in the car! The hotel was extremely dirty, it was a very unhygienic place, walls are covered by carpet, and they allow pets inside!
