The hotel is all that we needed, we came to see the Falls. The hotel was clean and the pool was good, breakfast was a normal buffet meal. we were able to order pizza and sandwiches at the pool for dinner.for those people wanting to do other things , a taxi stand was on site. I would stay there again in ablink of the eye.

Dreadful hotel, long way from anywhere and wanted to charge for any single thing they could. Wi Fi didn't work. Don't go!

The Best Western Falls Galli, in Iguassu Falls, Brazil was very nice inside. The rooms were large and there was great water pressure in the showers. The beds were a little stiff, but that is the Brazilian style. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. We even had good luck with room service. There was plenty of space to store our clothes and luggage and an in-room safe (although we didn't use it). The staff was friendly and helpful, right down to translating a local menu ordering our pizzas for us. They spoke English, Spanish and Portuguese. There was a secure lot to park our car and it was returned to us quickly each time we needed it. Speaking of the car, this hotel would be best if you had your own. It is far away from the tourist attractions of the area. It is on the main road into town. I would not take off walking in this neighborhood. If you have a reputible travel agency who offers transportation to local sights and a sufficient Portuguese (or probably Spanish, too) so you can navigate by cab if need be, then you can survive without a car. Other than the location, it was a perfect place for our visit to the area, which is amazing!
