The only good thing about this hotel was the daytime front desk lady. She was remarkably nice and efficient! Our first room, (yes, we had to be moved to a second room) had no towels, no heat, no air, broken remote, broken phone and enough space under the door to allow certain 4 legged creatures. Our second room had key cards that deactivated every time time you used them. So before you needed to go back into your room, you had to go to the front desk and have them reprogrammed every single time! Unfortunately, the night desk clerks saw this as a major imposition to them and rudely complied with our request. The maid service would pick up the used towels but never left any clean one so, yes, back to the front desk we go. It was very nice that we had a pool side room but the stench emminating from it was unbearable. It's an outdoor pool with quite a bit of leaves, fungi and creepy crawlies. I would highly suggest another hotel even if it does cost a few dollars more.

We had to wait to check in for our room to be cleaned but it was well worth the wait. Spotless except for a minute amount of mold in the shower and flat pillows. Otherwise the room was very nice and smelled great and it was a ""smoking room"".

the pool was condemned by the city while we were there so we were not able to use it. The room was not clean when we arrived, there was a bug in the pull out sofa that was dead. But since we had the room we had reserved and was stuck in the payment, we would have lost four hundred and some dollars. They didnt have another room so we had to basically clean it ourselves. The staff below was always unfriendly and unwilling to make accommodations. On top of that one night we were without warm water for us to take a shower. We will never go back to a Best Western based on this again. It was a horrible experience. We don't recommend this to anyone!

Very friendly,accomodating staff, great location, walking distance to Kroger and several restaurants. Room was basically kept clean except for the carpet which was in dire need of steam cleaning. We had to wash our feet every time we took even a few steps barefoot. The biggest problem for us was that the advertised outdoor pool had not yet been open for the season due to state inspection regulations. This was in no way the fault of the hotel however, they had the pool sparkling clean and ready for inspection, hoping every day to be permitted to open it. Fortunately we had access to another pool, but used a large amount of gas to get there that we hadn't planned on using. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would stay again, as long as the pool was open.

Great Location right of the interstate, only 20 min. drive from down town Nashville and 10 min. from the Grand Ole Opry. Room was great clean and nicely furnished. More then we expected, if we ever in the area again, would stay there again.

My fiance and I were only passing through town on our way to Indiana. We did not want to pay a large amount on a 5-star room just to pass out in after a long drive, then get up early in the morning and leave; at the same time, I did not want to have to stay in a filthy hotel for cheap either (tried it once--big mistake!). The hotel is in a fantastic location, it is away from the main road so there is very little noise (no noise to me, but some may be more sensitive); the staff is very helpful and friendly; and you can't beat the Orbitz prices! Would definately stay in this hotel again!

Safe, convenient, friendly and helpful. Little league teams were booked there and were very loud and not respectful of other guests. Though the exterior of the hotel needs updating, the room was clean and comfortable. You could hear a lot of noise from outside however. Make sure you are not in a room near a stairway!

We visit this area on a regular basis for family, and normally stay with the in- laws. This time there was a wedding and no space so we decided to stay at a hotel. It was GREAT! Highly recommended - the price was perfect, not too expensive, not too 'cheap' (if you know what i mean). The staff was perfect, the noise level was non existent, the free breakfast was decent, the location was EXCELLENT - couldn't ask for better - close to anything you may want to do or see, or need. The only thing that was a little off putting was that the pool was quite discusting, it was open but clearly hadn't been cleaned in some time and you could see about 6 chlorine tablets just sitting at the bottom of the pool forming grime marks around them. Our room was pool side, so we saw this every time we came and went. It wasn't warm enough, but if it had been, you couldn't have paid me to swim in that pool. Other than the gross pool - everything else was GREAT. Will definatly stay here again.

Location and continental breakfast. Breakfast did not have cold foods such as yogurt. Really good for overnight stay we needed. Not enough seating in breakfast area but food was good. They did have quite a variety for breakfast just not cold food such as yogurt. Would stay again if needed overnight accommodations like I did this time.

some dirt, other stuff visible on carpet from former stay, toilet tank extremely slow to refill, not bad if you are travelling by yourself and don't have montezumas revenge! reported this problem to the front desk upon check-out, hopefully got fixed before next visitor arrives!Staff was very friendly, even after having another guest go on a 10 minute rant about her bill.

This place was great. The staff was superb. We love the location. There were restaurants, gas stations and a wonderful grocery store all within walking distance. The room was very clean and the bathroom immaculate. We had a very restful night's sleep and were ready to go. They had a great breakfast buffet. We didn't eat there since we have northern appetites. We do toast and not biscuits and gravy but they looked delicious. The have waffles and cereal too.

Never, ever will we stay there again. Although the staff was courteous and helpful this time, there was too many inconveniences to tolerate. Example -- the towel rack fell off the way and my husband fixed it to stop my complaining. The mtce person had not shown up after 2 hours of the complaint. The T.v. would not allow us to watch all the channels (especially important was the weather channel since snow was a probability). The manager eventually came which was 2 hours after the complaint was registered. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are clean but the aggrevations are not worth it. This was not the first time we had problems with this hotel. We have found other places to stay while in Nashville.
