Hotel staff was very accommadating. The size of the room was good but the room needed some TLC. The carpet needed cleaning badly and the furniture needed refurbishing. There were burns in the chairs and the wood arms were very worn. The location is very far from downtown but there is local bus transportation. The neighborhood does not give you the feeling that you want to walk around. The hotel staff said, that there were restaurants within walking distance but we did not pursue that, instead we ate downtown before returning to the hotel. There is a MacDonalds directly across the street which we used once. There is a nice continental breakfast included but it isn't great.

The hotel was being renovated and was a bit out of date. It was a nice and safe place to stay. I would stay there again.

Considering its location and price, I ranked the Best Western Exhibition Park Vancouver Good. The only think I am not very satisfied is the internet access. It was said there's high spped wireless internet. However, I found the speed is relatively slow and the access is sometimes unstable. Anyway, the service is good. I would like to recommond it to my colleagues.

This hotel was a great surprise - affordable, very clean, NO bed bugs and a super staff. Free parking was a bonus and the traffic noise was minimal. Overall, a very good experience.

The clean newly carpeted room was comfortable but it was the service of the staff that was nothing less than superb. The clean newly carpeted room was comfortable but it was the service of the staff that was nothing less than superb.

Suited us in terms of price and car parking and staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. However we probably wouldn't choose the hotel for a long term stay due to its location and distance from Downtown Vancouver. It suited us for a one night stay prior to catching our cruise from Balantyne Pier.

This was a really warm and friendly place to stay. The staff were excellent and made us feel extremely welcome and well cared for. It is handy for the (fast) bus service into the downtown area and has good amenities and breakfasts. I would really recommend staying here, and would do so again myself.

Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent free breakfast. Washer/dryer very useful. Perhaps not as close to City Center as we would've liked. Very family friendly hotel. We really liked how the 2 comfortable double beds were separated into their own room like spaces. The microwave and refrigerator are a bonus for families.

This hotel was great for an affordable, clean room. Location isn't ideal, but if you've got a car, the parking is free. Breakfast is provided although the dining room is undersized, as is the lobby. Staff was very friendly. A good deal.

Friendly hotel staff, large room, bus stop in front of the hotel. McDonald's across from the street. It takes about 20 minutes by bus to get to downtown. Good quality hotel with nice hotel staff.

I liked the staff the most. They were the most helpful and courteous. The location wasn't the best, but they helped us figure our way around. They had a grout problem in the shower stall that was very obvious. Other than that, the bed mattress was weak and lumpy. Overall, I liked this hotel. If I couldn't find a nicer hotel to stay in, I'd choose this one again. The location wasn't that great, but the staff helped me and my companions find our way around Vancouver in the easiest and safest way possible. They had grout problems in the shower and the beds were a bit saggy and lumpy, but overall, it was an ok hotel for our 2 night stay. The walls were paper thin, but we felt safe enough. The room was larger than I expected which was nice. And again, the staff was really good to us.

The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was superb and friendly. Limited parking. Easy access of Canada highway 1, and centrally located. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was superb, being friendly, courteous, and able to answer any questions we had about the area. The parking area, while not spacious, was secure, with spaces sufficiently wide to open the car doors.

Staff was friendly. Location was way out of town, going through the worst part of Vancouver--drug people, street people everywhere. Not close to activities or sites. Very disappointed that the price changed. Price seemed to change at will. We thought the price would remain the same through out our stay. The sheets never stayed on the bed!! They would be in a wad in the a.m. We got up in night and fixed the sheets! Disgusting. Also, tub had long black hair on wall and tub bottom. I had to clean it up before a bath. Disgusting!

The location. The cramped facilities for the breakfast dining area. The staff was very helpful with the directions, but the breakfast dining area put a damper on our stay, it hot and crowded. It was located in what was a first floor room. The hotel needs better breakfast accommodations.

The continental breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly. The smell of the cleaning products lingered in the hallways and lobby. The hotel was conveniently located and the staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good. There was a lingering order in the lobby and hallway which seemed to come from cleaning products. There was a broken ironing board in the room. Otherwise the room was good and well maintained.

Excellent staff hospitality. The cable TV went out just as a climax of a movie was happening. No matter it was fixed pronto. Very fine accommodations for a moderate price, close by short drive to City Center or to the bridge across to nature areas. A very fine midway place to stay and budget priced to boot!

Staff was helpful on Vancouver and history. The location was a little farther out of the downtown core then I thought it would be. It was a nice hotel for my weekend in Vancouver. The location was convenient and I was able to get to downtown in 15 minutes. The hotel was quiet and the continental breakfast was good.
