Employees were friendly and helpful. Located across from car dealership with Pa's blaring. It was OK but not excellent. The rooms were clean. Not insulated well the guests upstairs sounded like they were playing basketball well into the night. Very noisy. Not the hotels fault.

My friend and I had a wonderful time in Memphis. The motel was well worth the money. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good. Being close to the airport at night it was at times a little noisy from the planes. Our stay at Memphis and the motel was very enjoyable. A big Texas thank you!

I stayed consecutive weeks on a business trip, each week in a different room. The location isn't bad: close to the airport and no far drives to the sights. However, every so often you can hear the planes go overhead. There are not many places to eat in the area of the hotel. The two rooms I stayed in were pretty basic. The beds were firm, like a cement slab. The microwave and fridge come in handy for longer stays. I found the rooms to be clean. For some reason the bath tubs in both rooms I stayed in took forever to drain. Every time I took a shower I wound up standing in a couple of inches of water. I had no problems with the wireless internet connection. All in all, not a bad stay. I probably won't stay here again, but if youre only looking for a place to sleep between activities you could do worse.

I was in town for a wedding. This hotel had quick access to all the necessary highways and was close to local stores and eating spots.

This hotel did not have very many parking spaces. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The room was big.

Our overall stay was pretty good. The only problem was the beds, they were very hard like sleeping on bricks. That would be the only thing that I could think of right now as far as giving constructive criticism would be to look at getting new beds so that the guest can get a good nights rest.

Close to airport , provided a shuttle service and breakfast. Very noisy. It was a Friday nght and we listened to the parties and ice machine outside our door. It was a Friday night . Bathroom was not very clean. Lots of hair on the floor, dead bug behind the door. Can't say we felt real safe here. Half inch space under the door into the room.

For the price I paid, it was a decent hotel to crash in for one night. It's just in a bad location. Unfortunately, there's not much the hotel or hotel staff can do about the surrounding area. My flight arrived late so I checked in late at night. I drove around looking for food and there were obvious ladies of the night very close to the hotel. I stopped off at a gas station a couple of blocks away to buy some water and other refreshments and some crackhead was screaming at the top of her lungs, cussing up a storm because they had evicted her from her home behind the gas station by the trash bins. I went to the nearby McDonald's and there where panhandlers all in the parking lot and by the drive-thru window begging for money. As I said, the hotel itself was fine but the surrounding area was really sketchy. If you are there earlier enough, drive to other place to get food and what not.

The service was friendly and very accommodating. There was no elevator. The hotel served the purpose I intended to use it for. Which was a place to change, store my belongings and get a good night sleep and breakfast in the morning. My itinerary was loaded so I really did not spend a lot of time in the room. However, the time I did spend there was very pleasant.

Close to Beale street, Memphis, Tennessee. There was a huge beetle that stayed with us in the room. The hotel was not the most upscale place to stay, but for the price it was decent. We needed something close to Beale St. but not too far for the taxi ride there. The room was neat and clean but we found a huge beetle in the floor. The thing was massive; I have never seen anything creature like that before. Later, the next morning, we found a dead cricket in the middle of the bathroom floor. So the hotel does not necessarily have roaches, but some bugs are a hassle there. It suited for the couple of hours to sleep there though.

Close to the major Highway. Tiles in bathroom lose. Mold in bathroom. Carpet wasdirty. Good location but suffers from maintenance issues. The tiles in the bathroom were not cemented down and were lose causing me to cut my toe. There was mold growing in the bath tub next to the soap retainer. The carpet was very dirty as noticed by my feet being black with grit after walking on it barefooted.
