The continental breakfasts were very good. Upon arrival, our fridge was broke. A critical exercise machine was broke. The elevator was out of order when we left.

We had an awesome stay! The staff was the friendliest and most hospitable that we have ever encountered at a hotel. The room was clean and housekeeping always respected our privacy. It was great having an indoor pool and hot tub in the hot summer of Kentucky. The restaurant served great food, and the room service was very fast; and once again the staff was friendly. We had a great stay thanks to all the staff at the hotel! We will definitely stay there again!

The accommodations were better than adequate. We had issues with the staff concerning the bill. We had an ice storm and power was out throughout the city. The hotel was wonderful at accommodating the hundreds who ended up staying there.

Lobby, room and bathroom were very clean, beds were extremely comfortable and pillows were perfect. Would definitely stay there again!

Jacuzzi was out of order, HBO and Showtime was not available.

Because no one has reviewd this hotel, I wondered if it was new. I don't think so and it must of changed hands. Our pillows were very soft, but the bed wasn't bad. The thermostat was broken in our room and it was 85 if the heat was on, and freezing if it was off due to cold air rushing in from somewhere. We didn't complain because we kept trying to get it set and didn't realize it was broken until the last morning. Because of a show at the expo center, the hotel had to be near full. I don't think that happens often. I tried to take a hot bath (because I had the flu) and ran completely out of hot water. The pool looked inviting and people were using it. The exercise room looked good, but I didn't get a chance to use it. The restaurant wasn't used to being busy, having only an inexperienced bartender to make drinks, serve all the food and handle room service. He did fairly well, but could have used some help to make people happier. We had a great breakfast bar for breakfast, but a not so good sandwich for supper. The staff were all friendly and helpful and I felt safe there. The free wireless worked pretty well. Overall, not a bad hotel, but there are lots of hotels in the Louisville area that seem to be more prepared for a crowd. I expected more from a place that seems to cater to businesspeople.

Great staff andgreat location. The hotel needs a maintenance man 24/7. Good location and a great staff, had a few problems with our room but the staff took excellent care of us and moved us promptly to a better room.

Just plain comfy. Not too big that you feel lost. Map quest had the wrong directions. They missed a turn.

Nothing. Poor AC and indoor pool was closed. Very stuffy room and poor temperature control.

I liked the room and the set up of the facility, very good staff. The hot tub was unavailable the whole time as they could not get the chlorine level to a safe level. Great price for our trip, staff was very accommodating and room was clean, easy to get to quiet.

The bed was very comfortable. I would certainly stay here again. It was a little out of the way and we had a slight mix up in directions, but I was very pleased.

Breakfast, room size. Slippery tile around the pool. Nice place I would go back again.

Convenience, pool and accessibility to area attractions. No continental breakfast for children. I would highly recommend this location to all my friends.

Can't tell you a thing. First room stuck of sewer smell, restaurant didn't even have the juice I wanted and we had to wait to get waited on and we were the only family their. When we go on vacation I want to be pampered and I don't know what it was the whole hotel especially in the hallways had a nasty odor. I didn't enjoy my stay, if we were staying longer I would have found a different hotel!

Quiet and comfortable. Public hot tub (spa) was far too small, and 2 daily visits there never were any courtesy towels at the pool, spa area. Staff was very friendly, any questions and directions by phone was taken care of great. I believe, very helpful and friendly.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. The colors of the room were gentle and sunny. The continental breakfast was not free. The coffee in the lobby was weak. This hotel was a wonderful surprise. After a long day of driving the pool and hot tub were fabulous. I was pleasantly surprised how charming the room was. Most hotels choose awful color combinations like forest green and dark red. This hotel had warm beige and white that made the room seem cheery. The bed was luxurious and the bathroom was very modern and tasteful. I was disappointed there were no nearby restaurants for breakfast. The hotel offered bagels and cream cheese for $6.00. I felt having a continental breakfast included in the price would have made the hotel stupendous. I will stay there again but will hope for better coffee in the rooms and in the lobby.

They have the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Nothing. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had affordable food and friendly service. The room was clean and very comfortable and had anything you need. If you needed something else they either had it at the desk or they knew somewhere close to get it. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and I will return over and over again!

Clean. Price. The hotel exceeded my expectations for this trip. When I think about the Best Westerns usually it's negative. However this one was great. The price was high but that is to be expected on Kentucky Derby weekend.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in this price range. Very small room. This is a former Sheraton Four Points hotel and they must have purchased all of the in room furnishings from Sheraton as the bed and tables, etc. Are the same as a Sheraton? Room was very small with the sink in the room with the bed. Everything was very clear and much water pressure. I would recommend this hotel highly for the price.

Room layout, amenities, staff, and location. I don't care for air conditioning/ heating units that run constantly. This one was quiet however.
