The people were friendly. The room was not worth how expensive it was. I needed to go on highway to get to atteractions and restaurants. The hotel was clean but not worth the money. The next time I would find something closer to attractions. I did however like that my room had a door directly to the indoor pool, That was the best part of the room.

I booked this hotel with the sole purpose of spending a Birthday evening relaxing. I was visiting the Lancaster/Dutch Amish area and wanted to wind down on my last day there. I was pleasantly surprised at the price of the room, so I plunged in despite the mixed reviews. The Lobby was gorgeous and the staff was very professional and friendly. The atmosphere was very pleasant as well. I stayed in the Penthouse suite, which was a duplex with a King/Whirlpool Suite. I was very impressed with the layout of the room and the amenities. The Suite was very spacious and more then enough for a large family, much less a single person. I went to the indoor pool, which was also a pleasant surprise. The area was aesthetically pleasing, and well managed with a lifeguard. The water temperature was excellent! The outdoor pool, which was full, appeared to be in great condition as well. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but I did enjoy room service, which was bit pricey, but worth it. The Location was a bit far if you are planning to go to Bird in Hand, Paradise or Strasburg, but it you drive it should not be a problem. I had the pleasure of leaving the hotel and going to the Dutch Apple Theater for dinner theater. I highly recommend this hotel for singles, families and business travelers. The suite was equipped with a printer and fax as well.

They were very friendly and one of the most cleanest hotels I've been in. The staff was wonderful and very helpful if you needed anything. There was nothing I didn't like. We were very happy with the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful with anything you needed. I have not one complaint. Even the other guests were pleasant. The Sunday brunch was wonderful, we ate that that before we headed home. I will definitely be returning to this hotel again.

We stayed here last year and were very happy with the size and comfort of the room. The facility is very clean. Our room last year and this year were recently renovated. We stayed in the two-room suite with 3 queen beds. This worked out well for our children. They could go to bed early and we could stay up a little and watch t.v. without waking them. The only bad part of our stay was the construction going on accross the hall and the debris tracked up the stairway. We weren't in the room during the day to notice any noise, but there was quite a bit of noise in the morining and late afternoon. Since the workers were always leaving as we were coming back to the room it wasn't a problem. Overall a good stay. We would stay here again.

This could be a very nice hotel, but there were many problems. The first night we were put in a room under construction.. It smelled terribly of paint and had an unfinished look about it. We could tolerate that. The next day my older son and I left for a swim meet, leaving my 13 year old back at the room to sleep in. But at 8am the hammering and drilling started. It was so loud that he couldn't even hear the TV. No sleeping. Later there were repeated knocks on the door even though there was a do not disturb sign on the door. My son was instructed not to answer the phone or the door since he was alone and only 13. Then a man comes bursting through the door; he wanted to replace the window while we were in the room. . Luckily the chain was on and he couldn't get all the way in. When I came back at noon. I tried getting a manager but was connected to voice mail twice before I finally was able to talk to someone. We were moved to another room and given 50 off the first night. But we would never go ther again. When we checked out they tried to charge us rack rate instead of the triple A rate. The manager only explaination was well people want rooms, so we give it to them. The price of the place is quite high since it was during an event, but for that price it should have been better. A couple of other things. The second room was nice. There was a gas station and sandwich shop on the corner which was nice. We weren't able to use the pool since there were always people overflowing from the bar in the pool area.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Friendly staff, good food, good entertainment, excellent conference facilities, and a nice pool. Great centralized location--near attractions, shops, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. Beds were comfortable and I appreciated the small safe in the room for which I could program my own code. The rooms near the indoor pool do smell like chlorine, however, and if you plan to go to sleep early, I would request a room away from the pool.

The hotel is located close to business area. Nice, clean place with friendly staff. Good food, reasonable prices. No negatives. The hotel will be great place for summer travelers with children's. Has indoor and outdoor pool. Inside of hotel are two good restaurants. The place is close to attractions in Lancaster County.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It was perfect for my family. Kids had their own bedroom and loved the pool.I had to use the business center and was very impressed with what I was able to prepare for my presentation that day.I would definitely stay there again.

Very pleased with everything. I got food poisoning from a wedding reception and not able to travel we were able to stay an extra day. A microwave would have been nice in room. Pool was under construction. I have stayed at the Eden Resort many times and have always been pleased with room and service. The restaurants and Sunday Brunch are always excellent.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite my 3 yr old called "spiffy". She also loved the indoor pool with the 2' shallow end where she could walk. Room was clean, nicely decorated, had granite counter-tops, microwave. Fridge in room was too small to hold a gallon container of water but held several 1 litre bottles. Many nice small details like microwave popcorn in room. Hotel was pretty quiet except for Thurs. nte when staff walked halls with walkie-talkies turned up (but stopped before 10pm). Dinner at hotel's Garfield's restaurant was good with reasonable portions and our entrees were about $* each. Close to the Landis Valley Museum and the Hands-on-House Children's Museum. When we go back to Lancaster this is where we'll stay.

The room was very nice.. We saved in the one bedroom king suite. It was located on the grounds of the hotel but not attached to hotel. Very short walk to hotell. The grounds were beautiful and well lit. Staff was quick to bring us extra pillows and anything we needed Staff at gardfields and arthurs were very nice. Food was very good and reasonable. It did rain alot durning our stay, would of liked more indoor activiities.

I loved almost everything about this hotel. I did not like the scratchy bedspread. Upscale hotels need soft cotton bedding. This hotel is located in the middle of Lancaster. Convenient, upscale, well kept lodging.

Inside courtyard room doesn't have any fresh air and are damp, there wasn't any outside light. Asked to change rooms and were not accomodating. The staff that we we came in contact with were anything but pleasant. Didn't smile at the front desk and were not very welcoming at check in. Cleaning staff blocked hallway and didn't move out of your way.

This hotel was a great place to stay. It was near shopping areas,movie theaters,minature golf and bowling. Dutch wonerdland and Hershey park are only about 45 minutes away. Hotel staff was very kind and considerate and responded promptly to our problem. Room was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Our children enjoyed their indoor pool with a veiw of outside. My husband spent time in their fitness room which he liked.Our check in and check out was very prompt we did not have to wait for anything even though we were there during the time they were hosting the car show. We will stay at this hotel again.
