Was there for training purposes, did some site seeing while there. Was surprise there was very little to do other then what they had to offer.

We have not stayed at a Best Western for years but thought we'd give it a try after reading some of the reviews. It's a great value for the money. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk was more than accomodating and the hot breakfast was good + their singing cook was a lot of fun. The location is great too. We were in walking distance to restaurants and near shopping etc. Give it a try!

We enjoyed everything about the hotel with one exception. The rooms were great, the pool awesome, and the breakfast buffet more extensive than offered many places. My only negative was going into one of the public restrooms one morning and it STANK. But they addressed it right away, so the service was good.

We enjoy visiting brewpubs and had easy access to get to those places. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

5 star hotel at affordable price, amazing location. The best western suites went way beyond any of my expectations. It is a full service hotel with deluxe hot breakfast, outstanding room, excellent customer service, and located at the heart of everything a traveler could need, across from TGIF, tons of restaurants and bars, across the street from Panera. Best kept secret in Madison.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Most staff friendly. Found hair in breakfast food (no hairnets on staff) Night Front desk clerk was not of a helpful attitude and said the extra person fee of 7, as listed on internet was wrong. She quoted 10 and said they wouldn't honor any price or policy on the internet listing.

Hotel is a little in need of updating, but the rooms were clean and the beds firm. Liked the full breakfast that was included (not just pastry and coffee, but eggs and sausage). Good location right off the freeway and close to shopping. Good value for the money.

I LOVE the room set up! This is a really great property! I loved the style of the rooms with a living room separated from the bedroom portion of the room with a 1/2 wall. Would have been good for small meeting or interview. Along with a sofa, coffee table, TV, the room also had a mini fridge and a microwave. This was ideal for the businessman on the road.

The check in was smooth. Personnel was very friendly. Room appeared clean and was quiet but they use an air freshener that was very strong and I had to go to sleep with the sheet over my head. People with perfume allergies would not be happy. Everything else worked good and food was hot for nice breakfast which was included.

The location was right near East Towne of Madison. With shopping and food very close. The person who checked us in reminded us that we could get 15% our food bill at TGI Fridays, a restaurant that was right across the street. The continental breakfast was AMAZING with scrambled eggs and hashbrowns!!! Friendly staff and quiet location, even though right near the freeway. But ultra convenient.

Complimentary continental breakfast, very convenient. Halls (carpet, ceilings) sort of dirty looking. It was a good place to overnight for the Priceline cost. (I would have been disappointed if I had paid more for the room.) It was nice to have a suite, but it didn't provide all that much more space. The pictures on line made the room look much larger. The breakfast on the main level was convenient and so was the pool. The hot tub was dirty, however.

My husband and I wanted to get away and relax. And we found a really nice welcome at the BW. The staff was really helpful and friendly and the room was so clean and just relaxing. It was very quiet. The breakfast was hot and delicious. For shopping it is perfect it's right next to the mall and a lot of other stores, plus any restaurant you want.

They provided a desktop computer in the waiting area for guests to use. The pool was crowded, rowdy and the deck area was slippery.

This hotel provides a decent complementary full breakfast buffet. If the dinning room is too full you can take a tray back to the room. We had a suite which was quiet. Not sure if the guests were quiet or if the rooms were well insolated. The 4th floor was all non-smoking. I assumed that there were other non-smoking rooms but they were on floors with smoking rooms. Only time we smelled smoke was when people below us were smoking on their balconies. Wireless Internet was only working on the lower floors because if a storm.

We were not there long enough to make any comments other than our accommodations were great. We were there for a wedding and only in the motel for the length of time that we needed to sleep.

All staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Small/tight parking spaces. Really liked my room, it was very nice and quiet.
