Large rooms. Noisy fans. Great small kitchenette. Will stay again when in Calgary. Breakfast room well stocked with fresh food. Beds were great.

Hotel is within walking distance to downtown, good exercise for one who drives most of the time. Breakfast is excellent. Overall quality and service at this hotel is satisfying. WIll defintely recommend this hotel to travellers visiting Calgary

Staff and internet assistance were excellent. Not very centrally located. A reasonable hotel. Comfortable and secure but not really in downtown Calgary. It is peripheral to the city core and a $10 cab ride to most central office towers. At rush hour access and egress to downtown core was painfully slow by taxi.

Hotel is a good 7 blocks from downtown city center. Hotel is close to supermarket and eateries if you need something fast. Room and facility is clean and safe. Will stay here again. The staff is helpful.

We were very impressed with the professionalism and care of the staff at this hotel. We received prompt service for all of our requests. The rooms were clean and newly renovated. This hotel offers a complimentary breakfast every morning in a beautiful dining room. This feature was not included in the AARP notes about the hotel and it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise for us.

The staff was great and the Jacuzzi was so relaxing and clean. The windows were exceedingly dirty. Overall it was really first rate for the price exactly what I needed.

Close to Downtown Calgary, very reasonably priced. Could be cleaner (i.e. rugs in room). Was fine. Rugs were dirty in room, mattress was worn and pillows were too big. Was nice to have kitchenette in room.

Nice bed, nice furniture, decent breakfast. No indoor pool or gym? My room was fine. My friend said his room's thermostat did not work. Too hot, then too cold. He said the sink and the tub drains were very slow.

The front desk people were very helpful. You had to use your room key to use the elevator. Our overall experience at this hotel was great. The front desk people were very helpful. We were not familiar with the area at all, but they helped us every time we left with a map and a route. The rooms were very large and have everything you need for a long stay.
