Modest motel with mature guests. Felt at home, relaxed and calm. Plenty of parking space. Lovely flowers around the complex. I will recommend this hotel to many of my friends.

The receptionist let us wait three hours before we could check in. He refered to me -as my husband checked in- as the person staying with him in the room. He was not helpful rather arrogant. During the night a party was going on next door until midnight and again at 2am. The breakfast was a joke. Hardly anything to eat. The room was clean and well maintained, beds comfortable but the bathroom did not even have a hairdryer--Ithink that is a must in a climate like Duluth. You do not want to catch a cold leaving the hotel with wet hair. There should also be more towels available in the room. The hotel has no elevator--no problem to walk up since it is only two stories high--but with luggage it is a problem. It is hard to getto any place without a car.

Location. Dirty old we almost checked out and went some were else. We almost checked out right away to find another hotel but were too tired after along day. The second night we stayed just because it was easier to stay then move all our things.

It was close to downtown Duluth. The air conditioner did not work, It is old and outdated furniture. It is better than sleeping in your car but that is about it.

Location was very good. It was a little rundown. We thought the hotel was fine and it is a nice location (close to Canal Park).

Compared to others, it was a lot cheaper. Annoying leaking toilet and room door did not completely keep out smoke odors from outside. It was what I expected, but not a good hotel if you have a pregnant wife that is vulnerable to smells and noises.

Small, clean, cheap and right in downtown. Perfect for my needs. The hotel room is small, but very clean and the price can't be beat for being right in downtown. It was perfect for what I needed a place to crash after a day of work. For breakfast I grabbed a bowl of cereal & coffee nothing fancy. However, considering how cheap the room was this was beyond my expectations.

We only slept there from 12am to 7am. We only slept there from 12am to 7am. It is ok. It is ok; hotel people were friendly and very professional. There breakfast is not what I was expected. The food looked like one day old from bakery, just few donuts and dried English muffins and week old apples and banana. So we have to go nearby caribou.

The hotel was inexpensive and clean. The man working at the front desk when we arrived was unclean and not friendly. Clean and convenient hotel in downtown. Don't stay here if your expecting any luxury, this is a basic Hotel/Motel.
