Love my stay here in May 2009. Great room on the 8th floor, fantastic view. The staff were helpful and friendly. The on-site restaurant was great! Great food and our server was fantastic, friendly and fun. Will come back again.

It's a 40 dollar cab ride from the airport. But the hotel was great.

The staff at the Best Western Hotel were the most friendly and accommodating that I have experienced. They went out of their way to assist us. Clean, excellent staff, great beds.

This hotel was such a pleasant suprise. The staff was so helpful - offering directions and restaurant recommendations. The location is great - close proximity to Granville Island, Yaletown, downtown. Rooms were very clean, beds super comfy, & the showers were awesome. Rooftop workout room has a pingpong table & large balcony with great views of the city. Secured parking garage with very reasonable rates (*/night). Dining tip: We did takeout pizza from Panago (within walking distance in Yaletown, on Pacific Blvd) & ate on the balcony of the rooftop workout room.

I needed to head to St. Paul's Hospital for my yearly check-up. My first time to this hotel, and I liked it. I was only 3 blocks away from the hospital. Since that I was injured, the hotel had its shuttle to drop me off at the hospital. The room was nice, and the front desk people were very friendly, and helpful. I especially liked the fact that the Airporter stops at the hotel-so no more cabs to/from the airport( thank goodness).

My family spent 2 nights in this hotel. The first night was noisy due to people walking down the hall and getting ice. There are ice machines on all even floors. So if you don't want to be bothered by this, get a room on an even floor. A part from that, we had a great stay. Room had pots, pans plates, etc... We used the free shuttle drop-off to jump on the skytrain. Overall great stay, will recommend to friends.

Clean, friendly staff, good location for what I wanted. Nothing. Nice views, nice decor and friendly staff. Overall, good value!

Location of hotel is fantastic -- unfortunately, there were no places to eat a quick breakfast. When we visited the hotel hot tub to our disappointment the first night it was out of order and the second day the water wasn't hot - not even close. Staff is friendly and it is a good buy for the money.

The staff! Abit out of the way. The property and room were immaculate. Free transportation to downtown was offered. The staff was excellent, very professional, friendly and helpful. I will certainly return.

I will keep it short. My overall impression of the staff is 10+. The restaraunt looked really nice, although I did not eat there. As for the rooms, I like the paintings/drawings in the room, made feel like home. The beds were nice and comforable, but to my suprise, so was the rollaway- my son liked sleeping on it!

Good location, reasonably priced. Parking fee. Overall, it is a nice hotel with reasonable rate.

There were so many helpful people, it would be impossible to mention them all. One of our party experienced an unfortunate illness that required hospitalization. We cannot adequately express our gratitude to the staff for the help that they gave us, as we tried to cope with the problem that resulted. I will return to this hotel again.

Restaurant staff was friendly. Hotel staff was not very helpful or friendly. I would not recommend this hotel to a friend. Located on the fringes of a seedy part of Vancouver. Hotel staff was not really helpful as far as answering questions about buses, taxis, how to get places. Overpriced. Way too expensive.

I have stayed in dozens of hotels over the years, and none have been as bad as this. There was no hot water, the beds were lumpy, the lights were not wired properly and worst of all, the on-site restaurant is EXTREMELY unfriendly. They were so rude I complained to the front desk, whose sole response was 'Oh..' Do yourself a favour and stay at a different hotel.

"I found this hotel very noisy, even on the 10th floor. Beds are very comfortable, not the pillows. Sink too small, faucet kept poking me in the face when bending over it. Parking garage elevator doesn't go all the way to the level you want, have to walk up a short flight first. Spaces very small for cars and key access hard to use. Staff mostly very helpful. Very limited fitness equipment. "
