It seems the staff has been changed because they have been so professional and helpful during my stay. I heard there is new management. I was afraid to book due to the comments online but I had a great stay. The rooms are clean and the location is the best. I will definitely come back!

Terrible customer service we asked the front desk to keep EVERYONE out of our room, we even put the do not disturb sign..CAMERA and money was stolen. When we reported it to the front desk they laughed...never again!!!!

Great location for the price, but some staff members need major improving with their costumer service skills. The front desk personnel got to go. The rooms are ok, but again it's a bargain for the location. Other hotels in the area go for a lot more. Please Guayaquil, train your staff. Your city could be beautiful, but if the people at your hotels don't make the tourist feel welcome, we would only take with us half of the Guayaquil experience.
