A great deal for the money. If you don't need a golf course on site or royal pampering, this is your place. Good location to freeways too.

When we arrived the facility was under construction. The hotel desk clerk sent us away several times telling us our room would not be available until the construction crew and housekeeping were able to put the room back together. Around 4PM I requested to talk with a manager and were told they were not available. I asked for the desk clerk to call one of the other Beat Western's locally and we would move to another facility. She said that was not possible. She never offered to assist in any way. We were later given a room by another employee. The room was nice. Will not book at this facility in the future. I don't want to deal with this one desk clerk who seems to not be interested in helping to resolve any issues.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast included in our stay was very good. Grounds were nice. We chose this motel based on other good reviews, and it did not disappoint. Would stay again.

This hotel was in a good location, just off of the Superstition Hwy exit (Hwy 60). Rooms were comfortable and clean and best of all was the complimentary full breakfast that we received each morning.

Front desk staff were Ok and simply business like. They were sensitive to special request and were somewhat accomodating. Good location for our needs; near freeways. Unfortunately, did not have time to try the onsite restaurant or lounge.

They are located in a great spot, right off of the freeway, but not a noisy hotel.

This hotel was very nice! They gave us a free drink token to be used at the on site lounge, and a breakfast token. The breakfast had many options, not the usual hotel free breakfast. Only thing was the trouble we had with the remote control for the tv. But guest services came immediately to help out. We will stay there again in the future.

This was a wonderfl surprise after my last trip. Dollar for dollar you get more than you bargin for. From breakfast buffet to a free adult beverage. Visit in the spring. The trees smell wonderful all day long!

Large clean rooms & beautiful grounds. No early breakfast option for those catching early flights (before 6). Our stay was very short as we were catching a plane from Mesa early in the morning. We were very pleased with the room and the hotel grounds. Things were clean and well maintained. The hotel was conveniently located right off the interstate yet it was quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Good location-right off I-60. Getting to spots around the area was very easy. Only blight- plates left on walk-way outside the room from previous guest out entire stay.

The Best Western Dobson Ranch is less than 5 minutes from Banner Desert Samaritan Hospital, which makes it very convenient to visiting or if you are a patient there. The hotel serves a very nice complimentary breakfast and the staff are friendly and responsive. The property is older but the grounds are nicely maintained. The room had 2 queen beds with a toilet/shower separate from the vanity/sink area, which works well for multiple travelers. The room was plain but clean and comfortable enough for the price, and given the convenience to the hospital, a good value.

I stayed here several years ago and feel it has been let rundown. The maid could not speak or understand English.
