I usually stay at other hotels that don't have a indoor pool. My children enjoyed that and met new friends. Convientently located to shopping and restaurants. Friendly staff, if i didn't know were a place was they gave me directions. We would stay there again. Thanks. Sincerely, Trish Lucas

We were only there to sleep fast and leave so an evaluation of service is impossible. The room was nice, quiet and clean.

When we first entered the motel, the first floor smelled really bad. Then things went from bad to worse, the first thing we seen when we entered the room and turned the light on -BUGS!! They were crawling on the bed! We went back to the front desk and the clerk gave us a new room on the 2nd floor. The new room didn't have any "alive" bugs, but there were a few that had been smashed on the wall and housekeeping didn't clean it up! Never Stay Here!!!

The Best Western Deerfield Inn is an OK place to lay your head. My daughters and I had went for a weekend to relax and shop. I chose this hotel for the indoor heated pool and spa. My bathwater is warmer than the spa. It had a yellowish tinge to it. Needless to say we tough it out for about 3 minutes and that was the end of our relaxation.

Good continental breakfast. Lots of hot water & water pressure. Iwas booked in a smoking room.I am not particularly allergic, but the smell. it's a Best Western. Nutting glitzie, but better than some.I would stay there again ifI could get a non smoking room.

Best Western Deerfield Inn was less than we expected. The staff was helpful and kind, and the facility was clean. But the rooms were small and spartan. The most disappointing was the pool. It appeared dirty with no clorine and was very small. As most young families our kids were so excited to stay in a hotel and to swim in the pool . . . we ended up checking out early at a loss to find a pool our family could enjoy. I have always trusted Best Western and will continue to do so in the future, but this experience was less that I expected.

Friendly staff and relatively clean hotel. The whirlpool was not functional, the hotel itself showed its age and wear. Friendly staff and clean accommodations. The pool area was not totally functional. You get a 1 1/2 - 2 star experience.

"We booked two double bed rooms, upon arrival one room had no light and dirty towels still in bathroom. We called the front desk and the problems were taken care of quickly. We initially booked one night then booked additional night the next morning, the front desk was very helpful. Upon returning from our daylong outing, one room was not cleaned. no made beds, no trash taken out, no clean towels. No reason to call the front desk, it was late and we just wanted to go to bed. Pool, pleasant. Breakfeast, great. not much room for all the travelers"

Located close to interstate without being right on the interstate. The room had a whiff of once having been a smoking room. Convenient and comfortable. Certainly not fancy, but not bare-bones either.

The guest rooms need attention. Major items like air conditioner needs to be replaced. The first room they gave us had an air conditioning unit tha twas leaking and not working yet they gave us the room. The second room had a unit that only worked on high and it was extremely loud.

"We live about 2 hours away and like to shop in Sgfd. and have stayed here at least once a year for the past 3 years. It is always our first choice, and it is a great value for the money. The rooms are clean and contemporary. Staff is very friendly. Enjoy the wi-fi internet. Hotel is near everything, yet not right on the main drag, making it easier to get in and out. Has been recently remodeled."

Hotel met my needs for a crib and non-smoking room. They also had an excellent breakfast open until 10 am! The bed was not very comfortable and we were told we would have queen beds, but they were actually doubles. The hotel was clean and had all of the amenities we expect from a hotel. We really liked the breakfast and appreciated that it was available until 10am which is later than most other hotels where we have stayed. The location of the hotel was right off the highway making it easy to find, and on a main road with lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff were very friendly too - which is always nice. The hotel met and exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly stay there again.

I was very impressed with the service of this hotel. I had a very late check-in (8:30pm) and the staff was very accomodating because of that. Location was great and my business trip was more comfortable because of the quality of the room.

Free continental breakfast, internet in lobby, and morning newspaper. Tricky location. Good place. If you are unfamiliar with the area, be sure to get good directions in and out of the motel.
