We stayed for two nights, wanted some place clean and nice near competition venue and airport. This place was perfect. My only complaint would be there are no restaurants or shopping of any kind close by. The staff was very nice and very helpful. I was a bit disappointed by the breakfast, but hey, it was free.

Had microwave-fridge in room. Could hear the wind howling through closed windows. Very clean. The only noise was the howling of the wind outside. It also doesn't help to be in a room facing the freeway.

Stayed in a double queen suite. It was very spacious, with a hide away. So each of my children got their own bed. It is an older hotel, but our room was very clean. And the hotel is well taken care of. The towels were bright white. We left our room after lunch one day and still came back to made beds and clean towels. The location is a bit isolated, but within 10 minutes we were at the Grapevine Mills mall. We were seperated from the airport by a parking garage, but the only time I ever heard the airplanes was when we were at the pool. Otherwise the hotel was relatively quiet. Breakfast was good. They served boiled eggs, along with the traditional continental breakfast. Fridge and microwave were clean and worked well. Not a lot of stations for kids on the tv. Internet worked in our room well enough for us to check email. Overall a good stay.

There were dirty towels in the bathroom, one hung on the towel bar, and a dirty footprint on the bathroom floor. But the shower curtain and may were wrapped to indicate the bathroom had been serviced, just not very well.

We came to Dallas to attend a funeral. Your accomodations were excellent and your staff was very helpful. The condition of the room was excellent and we would definitely chose Best Western again!

Very friendly staff, clean hotel room. Good room for the money. It was clean, although the sheets were scratchy, and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. But it was great for a quick overnight stay since we had an early morning flight out of DFW.

the rooms were clean, and in a quiet area (besides the plane, of course). but there was nothing to do in the hotel! the whole week i was there, the pool was under renovation. the reason i chose the hotel was bc it had a jacuzzi with the pool. little did i know, it was under construction!! if i only knew, i wouldve gone somewhere else.

The room was clean and up to date. New tile in the shower, one of those newer bowed shower rods and a cloth shower curtain. Staff is friendly. Plenty of hot water. Good free breakfast. Lobby is very nice. But, if you're a business traveler, this motel has notable gaps. Internet service is only available in the lobby. The fitness center is so poorly equippted that it's not even worth having -- the seat on the stationary bicyle was broken, I mean really broken, and you couldn't sit on it. I ended up buying a four day membership at the Bally's on Belt Line. The Business Center contains a computer and a typewriter only. The computer screen is so old I found it difficult to read. I went in only once, to print out my boarding pass for the next day -- but when I tried to print it out, it wouldn't work. That's when the desk clerk told me the printer wasn't working. It would have been nice if they put a sign up or something.

room was comfortable, mainly I chose this hotel for proximity to airport after my flight was canceled due to snow and freezing. checked in late and left early.

The manager need is not very accommodating. The manager was not very accommodating. The hotel manager told me in order to get two queen beds I would have to pay an additional $10.00 out of my pocket. Although there was a pull out bed in there my other guest was not comfortable at all on this bed. The manager explained if he gave me another queen bed the $10.00 was to cover housekeeping even though he they had to change the sheets on the hide-a-bed. I would not recommend staying at this hotel to anyone!

Location is close to airport but nothing else is closeby. I felt as if I was staying in the middle of nowhere. The rooms were not clean. Staff not very responsive to guest needs.

I was disappointed with this hotel. I waited for 45 minutes for a shuttle to pick me up from the airport and take me to the hotel. The hotel staff are Indian and I had a difficult time speaking with them on the telephone. The room beds were hard and the air conditioning was not on when I entered the room. The hotel is nice looking and well located.

Overall, not bad, just very disappointed in the breakfast. This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in in many, many, many years. 1) First room assigned was never cleaned at all. 2) Second room was quite disgusting: Carpet and chairs BADLY stained and in great need of replacement, terrible smoking smell everywhere throughout the hotel, cheap pillows!!!

The location of this hotel is close to the airport but there is nothing else around. The shuttle service is terrible. Had to wait for a long time to get on the shuttle. The staff did not seem to care. The rooms seemed in good shape but they were not as clean as I would expect.

Lots of space, clean, quiet, friendly staff, shuttle staff was very nice and also on time.

This hotel was clean and well maintained. There are no places to eat close by within walking distance with the exception of a gas station/hamburger store a block away.

No much to offer in terms of location, an dthe beds were extremely uncomfortable (very hard). Pool and hot tub was small but OK, except it was alongside a parking lot and with planes overhead. Nothing else to do without a car. Reasonable value, given that it included breakfast. Meal choices were a nearby WhataBurger (very good) and an in-room meal delivery service (OK, but pricey).
