We had a nice quiet experience at the Best Western Crossroads in. The staff was very friendly and hospitable.

Easy to find and next to interstate. Rooms were not soundproof from hall.

Our trouble began when the credit card bill arrived two weeks after we returned home. Thinking the hotel had made an honest mistake, I called and was told that the charge was for a comforter we had taken from the room.I was shocked, as we had not taken ANYTHING from the room.We never use hotel comforters, as they are often dusty. We had taken the two queen size comforters off the beds and put them on the rack above the clothes rod. We didn't have the room cleaned for a few days, but after the room was cleaned the first time, the comforters were gone.Obviously the housekeeper removed them, as they were not being used. Both the manager and her superior said that since one was gone after we left, we must have taken it.They were rude and accusatory and told me they did not have time to discuss the matter. They also seemed to have no interest in locating the comforter. We had flown with one checked bag and one carryon apiece stuffed full.We had even brought our pillows from home in our checked luggage. We would have had to purchase a third suitcase and pay the 25 additional bag fee.I doubt that we could have carried it aboard the aircraft "as is" along with our carryons.I explained this to staff, who told me that the comforter is not that big.A queen comforter not that big? Please! We travel frequently and this is the first time ever that we have been accused of stealing something from a hotel room.It is very demeaning. We have never stolen anything in our lives, and don't intend to start now.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

The hotel was in a perfect location for traveling around the area. All the staff including the people in the restaurant were all very friendly and helpfull. We had a small problem with our door locking properly and the maintenance person was at our room in minutes. The food was fabulous in the restaurant and the room service pizza was great. All said, we had a good time with no hassels.

Loud hallways. Little insulation in walls between rooms.

While staying in the Best Western in Loveland Colorado I soaked in the tub and started itching all over. I discovered a pasty goo with white specks (skin cells) and hair under the bath mat that had not been lifted in a very long time. I brought it to the attention of the Best Western CEO, but no specific offer was ever made to make up for the health hazard I suffered. They were given several weeks and so eventually the decision was made to share this with the public in the hopes that others would not be subjected to this horror. The most disgusting health hazard I've ever seen in any hotel. I itched for almost 3 days. The agar of skin and hair and oil was perfect for breeding disease. I could not believe the degree of neglect. Their final response was to block all email communication attempts with their customer service.

The bed was very comfortable. Everything was great except the carpeting and the pervasive dampness in the room. There was mold in the window sill. The bathroom was very clean and gorgeous. The staff, very friendly.

I was extremely unhappy with this hotel. The paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom and the shower varied from scalding to warm. So unless your traveling with pets I don't recommend staying at this hotel. Not very family friendly.

I would never stay here again! I was checked in, some one in training who was not supervised and messed up my resevation when I wanted to extend my stay for another night. The front desk clerk called and rudely asked me why I hadn't check out the next day when I thought my reservation had been extented. There were beer caps on the floor, the halls smelled of cigarette smoke in the non smoking area, the walls were paper thin and you can hear every thing the person next to you is saying, hair in the bath tub. Anyone can enter though outside doors at night. Pay a little more and stay some where nice!

The best Western in Loveland, CO was nice. The room was clean and newly remodeled. The pillow top beds made for a comfortable night. Location is excellant with many shops nearby. Their free breakfast had plenty of choices and I ate breakfast every morning there. I would recommend it to freinds and family.

Breakfast was good, beds were comfy. Cups & glasses were not replaced daily, cleaning was minimal - trash not picked up and cleaning supplies left in the room. I have stayed at this same hotel before and had a better experience then. The cleaning personal did not do their job compared to the last time I stayed. Hotel has nice rooms, no restaurant really to speak of, food is prepared in the hotel bar.

We stayed here years ago and we were blown away at how great the hotel looks. Apparently the new owners wanted to make this a luxury hotel. We loved the new bar in the lobby and the beds were amazing. I will stay here any time i am in the area

Remodel looks great; beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were very clean.

It was very convenient. Our door was right by the highway and we could hear the neighbors. All in all it was a great hotel. The only stinky parts being that the walls are paper thin and we stayed on the side of the hotel that was by the interstate and the door let through cool air but the room was so nice that we didn't even care. I will definitely stay here again!
