Staff was extremely rude, requested adjoining rooms, which we did not receive, refrigerator in room was so loud we had to unplug it to sleep, and the A/C was just as loud. It was impossible to sleep with the loud appliances in the room. I would NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE.

Very convenient to freeway and downtown attractions. It was located next to a trailer park and a seasonal-use building. Very attractive lobby. Above average continental breakfast. Big room with nice features. I will most likely stay here again on my next trip to Indianapolis.

This hotel is very nice. had a very nice time everyone was friendly. Close by everything restuarants an the downtown area. If we was to come back Id stay there again. It was great

The Best Western Crossroads is a relatively new facility in a contemporary buildling. The staff was very friendly and helpful on check-in. The room was larger than I expected and quite comfortable. They have no dining facilities other than a full continental breakfast buffet, but there are many restaurants nearby. We arrived late and left early, so we didn't check out any of their amenities (fitness center, etc.) Overall, a very pleasant experience.
