Pleasant staff, even checking in at midnight. Pool larger than most 2-star hotels; also had nice hot tub/spa. Continental breakfast fine -- no waffles to cook, but had a few frozen microwavables in addition to the usual toaster options.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the Best Western. We had plenty of room. The room was quiet. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We loved the pool as a family, it was large and the hot tub was nice. We would defininately stay at this Best Western again.

I loved the rooms and location. Close to both the wedding I attended, and the shuttle transport station. The breakfast area was a little dark. A more open area with windows would have been nice. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I loved the room. It was very clean and the bed was really cushy and comfortable. The location was convenient, but the town was very quiet and industrial.

Very nice room with great amenities. TV guide was wrong. Great hotel in a great area. The room was clean and nice. Mattress was a little soft. But all around a great place.

Cookies in the lobby. 1st Fridge was broken, made noise, had to change rooms. Fine for business traveling. The only problem I had was a broken refrigerator in the first room, but I was immediately moved to a new room without any fuss. Good breakfast buffet, comfortable beds, good service.

Beds very comfortable. Outside appearance. Rooms clean and comfortable, well worth staying here, only problem with the outside appearance is that it is very simple and plain, but then again I saw it at night not daytime.

Absolutely nothing. Service was terrible, they had no clue. They completely ignored us. We were ignored. Customer service was terrible. We were put in a noisy room in the hall.

Best hotel swimming pool ever. Clean rooms. Public lobby and hallways were old and deteriorating. This hotel was a surprise for us. 1st let me mention the swimming pool. Cleanest, well maintained pool I have ever used. My 4 year old child swam an hour. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was good. The public areas are the only negative. They need a facelift, but it was still a great experience.

Great value for the price. Good room, good service. The carpeting in the hallways was rather loud. The room was a very good value for the price. The breakfast was also very good. The pool and hot tub were larger than other hotels.
