The Hotel is located in a nice area, quiet, safe. That being said, the room was VERY small and it was not to close to any of the major things in London. Victoria tube station is about .5 mile away, so its within walking distance, or a cab would be about 5 pounds. For what I paid for this hotel, I was expecting a little more out of it. Also, they said free wifi but it didnt reach to my room!

The bathroom was very, very small, however it was nice and clean. Net curtain in window could have done with a freshen.

The room was a shoe box with only two very small windows that you could not see out of unless standing on the bed.

It was a great experience. The staff was friendly and I didn't have any problems checking in. The location to Victoria Station was so handy and one of the main reasons I chose the Hotel Corona. The rooms were small but clean and contained many of the needed amenities I was looking for with my time in London.

StopoverFor somewhere to crash for one night then location was great. Room size unimortant if not arriving back til late and leaving first thing. Would use again.

I recently spent 6 nights in a single room at the Corona. I loved the location (just 1.5 blocks from Pimlico tube station and right on the #24 busline). The street was busy enough for me to feel safe walking alone at any time but also not so noisy that it disturbed my sleep in my room facing Belgrave Rd. The room was tiny (which I expected) but spotless and met all my needs; the bathroom was updated with a great shower. Although the front desk workers were not very outgoing (I initiated the hellos and goodbyes!), they were always willing to answer my questions.

Good location for visiting LondonWe shared a 3 bedded room to enable us to go to a concert at the Albert Hall for which the location was excellent - taxi cost about eight pounds. The close proximity to Victoria and Buckingham Palace etc would make it an ideal visitors location.The room was smallish but had everything we needed including free wi-fi. It was very clean and the bathroom was spotless.

Good location near Pimlico tube and Victoria. Pleasant greeting on arrival. Room was a bit small, with both a double bed and single bed crammed in, but was very clean and decorated to a high standard. Nice crisp bed linen - excellent.Main downside for me was the noise, coming from:- the adjoining room (could hear the words of a conversation, and the people were not speaking loudly)- the room across the corridor (door slams and voices)- room above (loud foootsteps)- outside (was facing onto Belgrave Road and the window was single glazed and didn't shut particularly well)

1) we were a since 50 years married couple , not only male like you asked me before.2) breakfast was very very poor, 5 times always the same,and this was little and with absolutly no feeling for anything. Service miserable !!!3) the room was absolute ok only very small, but one thing we couldn't understand: why do I need light in the showers ? We in Austria have light nearby the mirror !!

Single room was small but clean and rather cosy, breakfast was pretty good and the hotel is in a pretty decent location, 10 mins walk to victoria for the tube and its on a night bus route for the west end. Very good value for its location. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Poor ServiceFrom the moment we arrived the female staff were rude and unhelpful. It was note busy and we were polite so this was dissapointing. The woman we met at breakfast time was the worst, we had arrived a 9:45 and breakfast ended at 10:00 and she moaned at us saying it was nearly finished and treated us as an inconvenience while she cleared up around us. There were other guests having their breakfast too at the time so we were not the only ones there. We incidently only wanted a quick cup of coffee each & a small amount of food and had finished before 10 anyway. Another problem was the strong damp smell in the corridors of the hotel. I would think twice before booking a Best Western Hotel again after this experience.

I like this hotel very much, the rooms are nice if a little small. I would recommend this hotel to peole and I stay here when ever I come to London unless it is full.

I felt that the convection heater left in the room was a little unsafe, given how hot the mains plug was getting. Amost too hot to touch.

clean and tidy hotel and room. The reception were helpful and friendly. Could update the handsets for the television - gave up on trying to get different channels! Rooms are small , but suitable for a one night stay for business. Bathroom although small had a good shower. (there did seem to have a leakage problem under the basin).

Excellent value for money considering the location - 3 mins walk to Pimlico Tude - 1o mins walk to Victoria - 15 mins walk to Westminster. - 15 mins tube to Kings Cross - perfect! Free wifi is a big plus!!! Single room was small but perfectly adequate for my needs - good hot shower. Customer service and food would a had a top rating but for the dining room supervisor who was efficient but very surly!! and I would have been happy to pre-order and pay for a full English breakfast if given a choice - that said, the continental breakfast was very good. Look, this is not a 4 or 5 star hotel - you tend to get what you pay for in life - so for the money i paid - this is an excellent hotel which seems well run and is in a beautiful as well as convenient location. Will definitely use again - recommended.

probably you need to employ more professional staff especially for breakfastthe hotel is in a nice location and quiet area but the rooms are a bit small
