I travel a lot and this hotel is top notch, hotel looks newer then it really is, most comfortable beds and bigger then normal room size, loved the 6 pillows on the bed, and the price was excellent. The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. This hotel had 5 star everything great job.

Staff very friendly and helpful, I felt safe coming or going no matter the hour. Nothing comes to mind. For the money I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was a generous size, new, clean and the outside lighting was good where one would not feel nervous coming in late at night. The staff were all helpful and friendly.

We stopped here because hotel looked new, Hotel staff was very very nice, especial X she took care of us real nicely. Hotel is exceptional cleaner then most brand new hotels.

We are so pleased to see a nice hotel like this in mineral wells tx, It looks as if it has just opened yesterday as it is a new hotel. The staff was just wonderful, We had a great stay we will certainly return.

From a less than helpful attitude by the front desk clerk, to being forced into a handicap room, to having smoking rooms interspersed between non-smoking rooms, to an elevator that really did not want to work, our stay here was not satisfactory. Had there been an alternative, we would have moved.
