The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was no air in the room and no restaurant for children. The room was clean and fresh. The beds were firm and cozy and the bathroom had an awesome shampoo/conditioner/shower gel dispenser!

Best western receptionist was rude . I arrived at Best Western and the women working the front desk was one of the rudest people I have ever met. She did not once try and help me out, just told me I could not pay cash and that was that. She did not apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused me and told me there was no manager to talk to. She was ignorant and rude. I had to drive around for another hour looking for a new hotel. I will never stay at a best western again.

Location and Tim Hortons. No air condition! The hotel was nice, but the upstairs lounge was dirty and old. The air condition was turned off for the winter months, even though it was quite warm outside. There was a lot of construction being done during our stay, but it didn't interrupt us.
