Good very spacious room on 2nd floor (about 400+ sq. ft. which was surprising considering the really low internet price i paid! from my experience with hotels, normally with bargain prices one ends up in the tiniest room next to the elevator!!! i arrived late and was greeted by very friendly, helpful staff. as far as i am concerned, a very good deal!

We had a good stay, the hotel was close to St Roch cathedral and commercial streets in Quebec.

The immediate environment is not acceptable, the extern outlook of the hotel is not acceptable.

This hotel was very good! The best thing about it must be the location! It's no joke a 10-15mins walk to St-Jean street and all the tourist attractions. I didn't have to use any buses during my stay, which helped in time and money. Very happy with this hotel.

Wonderful, friendly service. Everything in the room exceeded expectations. Even the wireless internet connection was fast and trouble-free. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful with reccomendations, directions etc.

The hotel is attractive and the rooms were spacious. However, the beds were really hard and we had a hard time sleeping. We had 2 queen beds and the room was big enough such that they were on opposite sides of the room. The inside rooms look over the restaurant- very charming until the noise of the dishes wakes you up. We found that the hotel was much farther from the walled city than we thought from the other reviews. We were able to figure out the bus system. We felt safe in the neighborhood and found several places to grab a quick breakfast. Aside from the beds and noise, the hotel was fine.

In the center of the town. Self serve parking and no complimentary breakfast parking. With in walking distance of the town.

I think it was good enough, very clean, very warm, good location. Everything was really good. Especially when it compared to the price, it was quite a good deal, I would highly recommend to stay.

The hotel was a bit of a walk from the heart of the tourist areas. But it was a perfectly good hotel and a great value.

The room was beautiful andthe beds were comfortable. The elevators were old looking. The room was terific and the staffwas always there and very helpful.

There was nothing I liked about this hotel.

The room was nice and the service was good. However, The matress of the bed is very uncomfortable. Also, notifying the customers regarding the information on parking would have been helpful.

Rooms were clean. Location not close to old Quebec. Inexpensive hotel, clean room, decent quality for the money.

The staff were very helpful & friendly. Will stay here again when in Quebec.

This hotel exceeded our expectations for an older Best Western. The room was a bit small, and the furniture (though nice) was over crowding the space. For the very low price we received, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable, if a bit small. Hotel spaces were nothing fancy, but they too were clean and up to date. Hotel staff was very accommodating in changing us to a room with two beds when originally we were booked into a King. Valet parking was pretty much the only option, but we found it convenient, and not too expensive ($18/day). The valet service was good. I would stay here again at the low price we received on Priceline. If paying more, I would choose to stay closer to Old Quebec.

Excellent location at a low prices. Good restaurants around and activitities to go to.

There is no parking under building. They have only expensive valet parking.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel for 2 nights. The only thing that could be a concern for someone is that they charge you for valet parking, and due to the location of the hotel you really don't have a lot of options in this regard. Other than that, the hotel itself was just fine!
