As we didn't have a car, it was in a great location for public transit. Very friendly staff and they have a chocolate labrador dog as a mascott! If you are looking for places to eat, you may have to look a little further. Not much in the area, aside from a Subway, pizza place, and hotel restaurant.

Great view, good price. Not walking distance to a good restaurant. Hotel is newly renovated, should be a better chain than B/W maybe a Marriott. Very good rooms, very nice view of lake.

Staff were very attentive and friendly. We truly felt welcome. The only fault we found was no microwave in our room. Even though this motel was undergoing renovation at the time, it was extremely clean, and the front desk staff was very attentive and friendly. We were very comfortable there, and felt very welcome. Rooms were clean and lovely, and the view of Chocolate Lake was beautiful!

Clean room, and comfortable bed. The initial smell was a bit overpowering, not a bad smell, just a strong cleaner smell. The hotel was very nice. The restaurant was a bit dated and the booths were uncomfortable, but the staff was very nice. I would stay there again, for sure.

Nice location, comfortable beds andattentive staff. Toilet paper holder is too close to toilet. This was a good moderate quality hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. It is currently undergoing renovations so some amenities (e.g. pool) were unavailable.

The hotel was very nice, we had a very pleasant stay, we would go there again and recommend to our friends. The only thing we did not like was kids (hockey team) running around in the corridors until midnight on Saturday night .

It was not far from the shopping malls which was the purpose of our trip! The pool was not operating and my son was a little disappointed. Very nice, friendly staff, it was very clean and brand new. The beds were very comfy and I would not hesitate to stay there again!

Loved the atmosphere, very family oriented, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful facility. No continental breakfast. Great hotel. Hope to be able to stay at this location again. Cocoa the hotel dog is a real sweet heart and makes it a very homey experience. Everything about this hotel was a wonderful experience. Disappointed with no conitinental breakfast but very pleased with free parking.
