I really didn't like the hotel being as a western. Staffs not friendly and also rooms are not clean. Wheel as a costumer which I used to stay in best western before as clean as it was. Instead of paying that money for this kind of hotel I could of reserve good hotel and at least feel comfortable to sleep over night. Windows needs to be changed. Walls need to be paint. I really don't recommend that hotel to any one. Also, the area was too crowded and I didn't feel that I am going to hotel I felt I am going to jail or some case which you can't even breathe.

Very helpful staff who arranged for us to get in early. Room was fine but we found a large number of ants in bathroom and some in the rest of the unit. Overall was satisfactory only for a Best Western

great location off the highways Old carpet, lobby. Renovation would be good for this hotel; especially carpet in the room was very worn out. Lobby is like the one of a motel. Amazing location as the highways are right there. It was a good thing they included continental breakfast otherwise it wouldn't have been worth it.

This is a good basic hotel with comfortable beds and updated furnishings close to the Braid Skytrain Station and Lougheed Hwy. Excellent value for the money including breakfast with eggs, cereal, breads, fruit, and coffee/tea.

Economical. Linen smells - the smell that sticks onto your hair and clothes. Swimming pool is too small / outdoor making it too cold, not usable. Would not come back to this hotel again. Although staff is friendly, the bedding linen smells. Convenient location for lower middle-class business traveler.

We like the breakfast included We don't like the pool odor in the reception area I recommended this place for people with car because it is 15 minutes from Vancouver downtown by using the highway.

Relaxed crew Fight for eggs in the breakfast area It is a very conveniently located hotel with reasonable rate and difficult time to drive in and drive out with terrible breakfast service.

They accepted my price. Not quite up to the star rating I expected. While a bit far from Vancouver's main attractions, this hotel was just a short walk (1/4 miles along a very busy highway and over a busy interchange) from a skyway station that took us right into the heart of town. We bought a day pass on the transit; left the car at the hotel (free parking that far out of the city, you're in the burbs) the hotel was clean and nice. Just not what I expected from a 3-rated hotel and the location was a surprise for its distance out. In the end, I was not sorely disappointed, just thought I could have done better price wise by myself. I will say that rooms in Vancouver are dear at the height of the season and I booked late. This hotel however, did not show up on the list of hotels while I was searching.

Very clean room, helpful cleaning staff, comfortable bed, working TV and shower. Front desk wait was long and receptionist seemed unconcerned with being helpful. Good hotel for visit on a low budget. Overall, good customer service, along with a clean room, a comfortable bed, and something to get me going in the morning. A good value. I appreciated the parking as well, as I felt safe leaving my car, unlike some hotels closer to downtown Vancouver.

Clean, modern rooms, helpful staff, free cont. breakfast, casino nearby, fridge, microwave Close to freeway onramp, difficult to access if you don't know where you're going. Heard trains nearby. It was convenient for what I wanted. The room I was in was large and renovated and updated. There was a mini fridge and microwave. The pool and hot tub was privately situated, although we didn't use them. The breakfast was nothing special, but it was served in a nice room and it was free.

Nothing. The hotel room was dirty. When we checked into our room we had to call custodian to replace dirty towels. The room had dust all over. The lock on the window was broken and I had to fix it myself to be able to lock the window. Window lower edge was dirty, door to the bathroom didn't close. Hallways are smelly with strong tobaco smell.

the hotel staff really knew the area and helped us know where to go It was farther from town than we would have liked to be. the hotel staff was great, they were knowledgable and friendly. The hotel was also great, everything was neat and clean. We had nothing to complain about. It was a little far from where we wanted to be though.

Staff very helpful. Very nice and clean room! This spotless room had a pillow top mattress on the bed and a sofa for a comfortable homey stay. Bathroom extra large. Just off Route 1, easy to find, the Sky Train is one block away and goes right downtown. The staff was very helpful in obtaining directions and information for us. I would make a point of staying there again.

None It's location is a little bit different from the notes you made The room is not clean and a little bit wet on the floor and there is not any lock system of the window even though it is on the ground level.. Even thought the area is safe I don't feel it's safe and comfortable....

Ordinary hotel, no distinguishing features. Not a two-star location.

Not clean the stuff were not polite. In the beggining they told me that I should remove to another room after one night of staying althoughI was confirmed for two nights,I did not except that and they told me that they look for another hotel finlly they decide to let me stay in the same room. I order several times Crib and was confirmed but there was not a crib in first night and one of the staff told me that I can sleep with my sun on the floor. I am very disappointent from this hotel and from the offer that you have gave me it certenlly affect my vecation.

Very clean, pleasant staff location is a bit out ot the way to down town Vancouver The room was very clean. The staff very helpful. The hotel a little out of the way but convenient to the Skytrain system. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Has wireless internet in all the rooms , good beds. Shower nozzles are terrible and it is difficult to have a decent bath. The force of water is very thin and the water sprinkles all over you. Overall a decent hotel given the price I got, the beds are good and they have wireless internet in all the rooms. On the negative side the rooms dont have a window which can be opened, this makes it very stuffy and shower Nozzles are terrible and it is difficult to have a good bath.

Keys had to be re-programmed couple of times in order to gain the access, and we were not only one customer who had to go through this system discrepancy. We saw several other customers coming back to the front desk to re-program their keys as well. The morning call we did not set up or ask for was also disturbing. Otherwise, we had a good stay because of the nice staff.
