The hotel had messed up our booking, they only had two rooms for the first night and no rooms for the second night. The receptionist was less than helpful to start with and we were glad we had printed off our booking.A nice hotel but the noise level was very noticeable. Noise from other rooms and particularly annoying was the cleaner hoovering at 8:30am outside our rooms on the Saturday and the Sunday. The food was of a good standard however we would not stay at this hotel again.

We stayed at this hotel as it was the venue for a wedding reception being held by friends of ours.Overall, the room was comfortable and very adequate though we didn't feel there was an added benefit of being in an upgraded room.It was quiet which we appreciated as this is what we had requested. We had a sandwich lunch which we felt was overpriced for what we had.Check in and out was efficient but not overly friendly.

Cedar Court HarrogateReception staff unhelpful.Hotel grounds and facade are wonderful, but the interior is dated and dark. The double rooms are fairly pokey. On the plus side, it's very near Harrogate town centre

Long weekend breakWe enjoyed our stay at this hotel, Could not fault the service or the cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast was exceptionally good with a wide range of choice It was buffet service which was presented well,, We were impressed that the food was hot. and dishes were never left until empty but replaced. However we used the Brasserie one night and although the food was good there was not a good enough range of choice and this menu was not changed at all while we were there. We all fell that we would have eaten more at the hotel if a restaurant was there with a choice of food that was not French Cuisine but a fuller traditional menu. Speaking with other guests this was also reiterated by them.We were also disappointed that there was not more facilities for sitting outside, only one table and 4 chairs. \There is certainly plenty of garden at the front fot more outside seating., and feel that it would prove advantagous. However overall it was a good base for us and as we had a disalbled person with us was central to all our needs

We had breakfast, room service food and ate in the restaurant and every meal was excellent. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Room was fine and well equipped for most things - only quibble was that it only had terrestrial TV channels. Definitely go back again.
