the hotel was clean. Easy on and off access to the freeway. Breakfast was fantasic. Staff was very helpful and polite.

The location, the TV, the wireless connection, and its general rundown condition. This hotel is tired, rundown, and is located in a very unattractive area. The TV in the room was antiquated with a very poor picture. The wireless network either did not work at all or was very slow. The clock alarm was preset to go off loudly at 3 am. All in all, staying in this hotel was a miserable experience that I would not recommend to anyone.

I stayed for two weeks (going home on weekends) to take some training. I chose this place because of its reviews, plus I required a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and hot tub. They serve the same thing every morning for breakfast, so it would have been nice to have more variety, but I loved the scrambled eggs and watermelon. The first week the hot tub was cold one day. The second week it was closed down for several days, so that was a disappointment as that was one of the main reasons I wanted to stay there. But all in all, I would stay again. Easy access right off I-5.

Staff made us welcome, helped us with dining choices, directions to stores we wanted to visit. When they said there was a complete, hot breakfast, they were right on target--it was great! Better than any other place we've visited. We even had a mountain view.

Convenient. Out of the way. It suited my needs. Truck route runs too close, noisy. Would stay again.

we used 3 rooms for a family trip. All were very clean and comfortable. The pool area was very nice, and the breakfast was outstanding. Eggs, sausage etc in addition to usual rolls and cereal.Having a laundry on site was very convenient. A little drive form Seattle, but not too bad. Close to Boeing tour, which is very informative. Not really a problem, but we encountered a non-guest in restroom.(seems that 1 of the side doors was not card locked) Would definitely stay here agsin. very good value.

Easy to find and park No shaving cream from front desk. Overall is pretty nice hotel, will stay again next time when I am around.

The hotel has been remodeled and is nice. It is also easy to find and the staff is helpful and friendly. The doors don?t quite keep out hallway noise though, and the breakfast menu gets a little old if you stay more than 2 or 3 days.

Great downtown location in Everett near family Did not dislike anything about this hotel Excellent price and a good clean, quality hotel for that price.

Now, non smoking in the whole hotel, ''yes"". Great free breakfast.

Location for business in this town and client. Hard bed. The room fixtures and appointments are a bit out of date. The room was clean and acceptable for business travel but this is the lower limit of my hotel expectations as a frequent business traveler.

Close to where we wanted to go. It smelled like smoke. The hotel itself was worth the price. Couldn't expect anything more. I wouldn't be able to stay there for more than a day though. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, I enjoyed the fresh waffles and potatoes. Overall, it was ok but again didn't expect much.

Breakfast was great. Could be a lot cleaner. Hair found on sheets along with stains, hair left in the sink from previous guest, safe in the room was broken, hot tub had no hot water, staff was not willing to take care of the problems that we had.

Not much. Smoky room, no choice to change, unsafe location. Hotel is near late night clubs - doesn't feel safe outside. Couldn't had non smoking room - very smelly and rank. I would not go back to this hotel.

I found it was perfect for me and close to the shopping; it was also clean and easily accessed. I found this hotel perfect for me as it was close to shopping. I was pleased with the rooms and service that we received.

Spacious enough, good breakfast, comfortable room. Smells a little too much, old cigarette odors still linger, some road noise. Convenient, affordable, great breakfast.

The staff was friendly and there was a nice pool. Pool was outdoor. Only served breakfast. No activities near by. I thought that the hotel was very clean, the hotel staff was very friendly. It was near the freeway and not to far away from the bus station and the Everett Arena. However, they only had an outdoor pool which is inconvenient due to the weather. Also, the only meal that was served was breakfast which cost 10. It would be nice if they had like a smaller continental breakfast as a courtesy but for the star rating it has it was a pleasant experience.

It was close to the highway, restaurants and the attraction we wanted. We did not dislike the hotel. The hotel was a basic, clean hotel. Room was as described and well appointed. It gave easy assess to the I-5 and they gave a list of the restaurants in the area with directions. Very helpful when you don't know the area. It was 10 minutes from the Tulalip Casino which was the reason for our visit plus shopping in and around the casino. The evening front desk clerk was extremely helpful and friendly, however, the next morning; the clerk looked as it she would have rather been somewhere else. Overall, a good basic and clean hotel for a night or 2.

It was easy to find The bed was lumpy. The hotel was nice and clean the sheets had 0 thread count and the bed was soft (lumpy) but over all for the price it was great.

The buffet breakfast. The sausage like items at the buffet breakfast. Hotel was in a great location with an attentive and considerate staff. Well run property, good value. I would have paid rack rate.
