We needed a place to stay to break up our drive so this hotel was fine. The hotel is old and needs updating. The bed was comfortable. The room was decent size with a microwave and fridge. Sweet touch that they have cookies. Hotel was expensive for what it was. There was continental breakfast that was average. They cannot boast about a gym when most of the equipment didn't work and was kind of hazardous. I didn't even bother with the steam room. Overall it was an expensive place to sleep.

Service was fine. Room was very clean. Parking was the only issue with my stay. I had to park at the front of the hotel along the frontage road because there were no spaces available within 100 feet of my room. I was traveling alone. Very few restaurant options closeby besides fast food. (The adjacent restaurant is no longer open).

The shower door was off the hinges when we checked in and had a build up of thick calcium depost along the bottom rails. The room we stayed in had a ugly smell which didn't go away, but we kept the a/c fan on which helped much. The sinks appeared to have mold around the drains "gross." The sheets came off too easy while sleeping but the bed was comfortable and the pillows were comfortable too. The room was very large plenty of room. No frig or microwave in the room which was disappointing. The contintential breakfast was good, but the room they served it in was much too small for the amout of people staying at the hotel. Beautiful scenery. Free breakfast was poor and free homemade cookies were store bought and cheap. Very nice and clean. Breakfast was not very good. They shouldn't promise homemade cookies if they couldn't provide them. I would stay again because of the size of our room.

The hotel was quaint and clean. The staff was very helpful and informative. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again. It's located near the freeway so it was very convenient. I was little disappointed with the continental breakfast. Not enough healthy choices. They need to have more fresh fruit or yogurt available.

I just needed a place to stay since I was visiting a girlfriend. I was in the room a good amount of the morning and at night. Sound was good. You weren't too close to streets so street noise was minimal. The room itself was nice, lots of hot water! It kind of sad that there wasn't a fridge, but other than that, it was a nice experience. The only other complaint I had was a weird smell. It wasn't that bad, but it was definitely noticeable. Overall, I'd definitely stay again as long as theres some kind of price deal going on.

The rooms were very quiet! With two little ones, my friends who stayed next door said they didn't hear a thing. The people upstairs walked with very heavy tread and moved about a lot. When they stopped, everything else was quiet. Arroyo Grandee Best Western Casar grandee Inn was a great experience. We were updated for 15.00 per night into a room with two queen size beds and two sinks. The room was bigger overall and the staff was very friendly. With the pool and hot tub and family room with video player, there were lots of options for the kids. The rooms are also very well insulated and quiet side to side not so much if you stay on the ground floor and someone above you walks with a heavy foot. Altogether a good experience.

All in all it was a good place to stay, the only draw back was we went with another couple. While shopping in a local market they bought some items that would require refrigeration. I asked them how they were going to keep it cold. They looked at me like I was crazy and said their refrigerator. Well on the way back I stopped at the front and inquired as to why I had no fridge in the hole that was designed for it. He looked at me with a straight face and said, "you didn't order one when you made the reservations." So if going to this establishment, be sure to order up your refrigerator.

From the moment we walked to the front counter we were treated rudely by the staff which lacks accountablity for hospitality. This place is not as advertised and we doubt the reviews found here are by actual guests. The bath was dirty with other quests hair, black mold, carpets you will not walk on with bare feet. The decor is old spanish from the 70's with yellow/white paint updating. Linens are cheap, old, and questionalby cleaned. Beds are lumpy and springy. Pool is dirty and littered from late night guests drinking/smoking. Limited night parking spots, no internet, tv fades in our black white/color with no movie channels. They refuse Business Travel points and will not give you a refund even if you haven't used the room. Best Western should dump these owners who speak poorly of the Franchise and it's travel partners. Two other Best Westerns close by offer superior accomodations.

Casa Grande Best Western in Arroyo Grande had a pleasant and clean environment. The parking lot, lobby, hotel room and breakfast room were all very nice and clean. I was especially pleased with the cleanliness of the bathroom and breakfast room. It was a very nice stay overall. I will return on a regular basis on business trips.

I asked for a room big enough for an infant and there stuff I got exactly that. Dark. The hotel was nice it just was dark with old furniture but is also had 2 sinks, and was very roomy that turned out to be very nice because we had an infant with us and we needed the room for his stuff.

I would stay here again and tell others to stay. My only complaint was that there was a loud humming noice at the pool, perhaps coming from where the pool equipment was. Only stayed for 15 minutes or so so it might have gone away eventually. People staying close to the pool might want to inquire first.

This hotel was spotless (the thing that means the most to me!) and comfortable. The desk and breakfast staff were considerate and helpful. The room was small but absolutely adequate. The shower was large with great water pressure. Because we were on a 3-day business trip, it would have been nice to have a small refrigerator. Absolutely no complaints until our last night. We had our truck and trailer parked in the trailer area and it was broken into. The lock was cut and an item valued at 240 was stolen. The police came, the staff was helpful. We would definitely stay here again, but just be more cautious.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights at the Best Western Casa Grande Inn. The room was nice but quite small. The housekeeping service was great--when we called to ask for some more pillows, they were brought to us in a matter of minutes. The complimentary continental breakfast was delicious though the room it was served in was small with all the tables and chairs being used most of the time we were there. Since all the rooms were entered from the outside there was no elevator and the somewhat steep stairs made it a little difficult to carry luggage to the second floor. The parking was sufficient, though one night we had to park a short distance from our room because there was no available parking space close by.

This hotel is ok for a sleep over, as for spending any time not really sure the room I was in was small, dirty and the elevator was very scary to use. I only spent two nights and the price made it all worth it but if I were to be spending anymore time here I would not stay.
