September 2009 - I am a small business owner who travels frequently and this has never happen to me. While doing the telephone reservation 24 hours prior to the day, the desk person agreed to the price of US $ 106.00 (AAA Website Internet ad pricing) When I got back; they rang up the price of US$209. This is totally unethical and unfair. They gave me this surprise when I was checking out. Manager's response was worst than the desk clerk. You’ve got so many nicer choices and better professional people in this area so please DO NOT PICK THIS FACILITY who has no idea what customer service means. – This is just plain rip-off. Clean hotel; layout is unique which is good. TV is old. Channel line up is horrible. The staff was pretty friendly. The location is pretty good in the sense that there were lots of restaurants and even a grocery store nearby. Pretty far from the falls though so you'll need a car. The indoor pool and the restaurant in the covered courtyard are pretty unique and was a good feature. They need to update their electronics. The TVs are so old it does not really invite people to stay in. Parking is lacking. We had to park next door in the grocery parking lot.

We have just returned from Niagra, and although the hotel is a good walk from downtown it is a great place to stay , relaxed and friendly.Rooms are very spacious and adeqately supplied for your needs. Your made too feel very welcome and the staff are very friendly.TRY IT for yourself.

Atmosphere is very laid back, unlike the downtown Niagara Falls. The surrounding area looks like unsafe. Clean and friendly.

This hotel was so nice. We had a room right by the pool/game area and there was never a noise problem. The pool was very nice and the 2 hot tubs meant that there wasnt much trouble finding a seat. I wish we could have stayed a little longer. Not far from the falls either. Very satisfied.

Free parking. Two hot tubs. Small games room and games 'out of order' stayed out of order for duration of stay. Family Friendly. Sufficient for short stay. Would stay there again.

This hotel was alright. I only stayed there for 1 night. I noticed that the pool only went to 4 feet deep and this place was not close any places downtown. You had to drive everywhere you went. The courtyard was really nice! presented a great atmosphere

The indoor pool and mini-arcade were perfect for my children. Friendly and helpful staff. We would stay here again. The prizes for the children's mini-arcade require an absurd amount of tickets. Great place for families with young children. Pool is perfect size for them and the staff is friendly, upbeat and helpful.

Loved the inside tropical gardens and pool side bar. Not that closes to the Falls. Rooms very clean and large. They gave us a free upgrade but I didn't ask why. They faced onto the indoor gardens and indoor pool. Nice pool side bar with giant TV screen.

My family and I had a great stay. The front desk was a lot of help; rooms were very clean, comfortable beds. The pool room was very nice, the kids had a blast. I recommend you buy an all day pass for the shuttle, 6.00 or 6.50 per Adult kids free. It takes you right to the falls, and through downtown. FREE PARKING can't beat that! Breakfast was good too very friendly service. We will definitely be back.

Very nice for kids, pool and play center and close to McDonalds. Had to walk to different building to reach pool. The hotel boosted two queens but it felt like to doubles, otherwise the room was perfect for a family. The hotel has a wonderful staff, and a fantastic pool, play center. Great for a family.

Everything is there! Pool closes to early. Great place, I will go back. Not much time for the adults to enjoy the pool and hot tubs, should be later times, so we adults could enjoy, without the kids.

"Shuttle provided (didn't use it), but not within walking distance of falls/attraction. Staff was accomodating (were only booked for one night, stayed 2), didn't get to check out pool. Probably wouldn't spring for suite (with jacuzzi & breakfast) again, but nice enough. Breakfast good, but nothing spectacular. A little overpriced for our needs (just sleeping), but clean & comfortable."

It was clean. It was not very good for the adults in our family. This hotel was a huge disappointment. The pool is only 4 ft. deep at the deepest end. We had to deal with people in 4 different room's partying and keeping us all night from their drinking. We complained but nothing was done about it. It got worse. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is an expensive hotel and huge joke. It put a very big damper on our vacation. We will stay at a different hotel the next time. Other people there said the same thing as well.

"We have stayed here for 2 years and plan to reurn again! The pool is warm, the play area confined for little kids, and the sitting area is ample for larger groups. The restaurnat offers fair-priced food."

We liked the two hot tubs, pool, game room with TV, and snack bar all in the same area. Family friendly. No changing room by the pool area so we had to walk by the front desk after swimming. It was more than we expected for the price. Comfortable beds, clean room and facilities, nice/helpful staff. It was a little further from the falls than we thought but it had free parking. Nice area around the pool, two hot tubs, games for the kids, TV, and nice snack bar area. I would use it again.

The hotel was clean. Refrigerator did not work, beds were very uncomfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. The room was clean and the pool was great for the kids. (Most of) the staff was very helpful. Restaurant was good and quiet. My only complaint was the beds were very uncomfortable.
