We found the staff helpful at check-in. The rooms were clean and met our needs. The pool was clean and convenient. Breakfast was sufficient and dining area clean and pleasant.

We were more than pleased with every aspect of this Hotel. Everything was clean and checkin was quick and our room very nice. Breakfast was very good, especially the bisquits and gravy. We will defintly stay at this hotel anytime we are in this area. We had our dinner at the Truck Stop beside the hotel and the food was wonderful

For an older facility, it was well kept up and very clean. The hotel was full during our stay (during spring break), and noisy during the early morning hours.

Our stay at the Best Western, Bryson Inn on Plaza lane, right of I77 was great. The staff couldn't be more helpful or friendly and gaves us directions we could understand to destinations we wanted to go and see. The room was clean and pleasant but we didn't have a chance to use the pool because it was just before Memorial day and still a little cool for us but looked clean and inviting. Continental breakfast was good too. We would definitley recommend it to anyone even if you just need one night to rest from driving on your trip, you won't be disappointed. Close to Mayberry and all the sites including Snappy lunch and their famous pork chop sandwich. A must try if you are going there. Enjoy

My family (2 adults, 3 young kids) were traveling from Ohio to Florida. When the friendly clerk at the Best Western Bryson answered the phone, we immediately felt good about it. She offered us a great rate, and the motel was right off the highway (1/4 mile between I77 and 52). This is one of the cleanest, quietest motels I've ever stayed in. Nice continental breakfast, or a nice family restaurant across the street if you need a larger meal, which offered 10% off to guests. Liked it so much, we stayed there on our return trip, too!
