Perfect for overnight business trip - female travelling aloneThe hotel is less less than 2 minutes walk from Earls Court underground so no safety worries for anyone travelling alone at night. My arrival time was delayed until 10pm but the hotel staff were very accommodating. The room was newly refurbished and spotless. Admittedly a small room but it had everything I required (brand new shower room, internet connection, full length mirror, hairdryer, ample coffee / tea supplies, flat screen TV, etc. ) The staff on reception were very helpful. I did not eat at the hotel but the room service menu looked good and did not appear expensive.I have already recommended this hotel to colleagues - if you are concerned about the size of the room I suggest calling in advance to check dimensions, however it was perfectly adequate for a one night stay.

In need of improvementThe Front desk was faultless and most friendly. The room was ok, but the bed was uncomfortable and the shower nozzle fell off in the morning and I was unable to shower before leaving for an important work appointment. This was most unfortunate. The breakfasts were adequate in quantity, but the fried eggs were hard and there was no bacon for the English breakfast which is an essential part.

Pleasantly surprisedNormally I would not book a hotel in this part of London, but the pictures and reviews looked good and it was available. The hotel has under gone considerable renovation as stated. My room was, apart from being quite small, very comfortable and very well appointed. I was very impressed, and have used the hotel twice since my first visit. Well worth a stay. Roadside parking only which means "pumping" the meter at 08.30!!!

I found this hotel very nice and of a good standard apart from a few things. As other comments have said the room was quite small, so didn't leave much room to get around. Our shower only half shut fully which which meant the floor got damp, which i would of probably happened anyway so it wasn't such a big deal. But apart this everything was fine, the hotel is in a good location near to earl's court it self and the tube station and has some nice shops around it.

Highly recommended...We arrived at 11am and asked if there was any chance we could check in early. Andrea on reception was extremely helpful and confirmed that our room was ready and that we could get into our room 3 hours early. The room was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The only negative thing to say about the room was that it was a little small and there was only a shower, no bath but this is a very minor point. All the staff were friendly and eager to help, the hotel is very well maintained both inside and out and the location (just 2 minutes from Earls Court tube station) was fantastic. I will book this hotel again next month and have already recommended it to a number of friends. Overall a great experience from start to finish.

Great location, quiet room and would definately stay again subject to price. Room small though. Breakfast included, some good quality items, others less so. And no bacon does not mean a temporary absence, they simply do not cook or serve bacon.

2 night stay Had a fantastic stay in very clean hotel. Rooms recently refurbished. Breakfast excellent, staff in dining room worked quickly and efficiently. Ideal for Earls court and tube. Will definitely use this hotel again and would recommend to family and friends.

Very nice hotel - very good value.Couldn't really fault this hotel. Location wise it's just a 2 minute walk from Earl's Court tube station, few shops, bars and restaurants etc on Earls Court Road.Yes the bedrooms are a little small but perfectly adequaet, very well mainted & decorated. The reception staff were very obliging and we even managed to check in earlier than the 3 o'clock check in time stated upon booking. My only ctitisism was the breakfast room was a little crowded as it is very small, and the choices for cooked breakfast a little limited - there was no bacon and the eggs weren't exactly what I'd descibe as a fried eggs. Other than that a great lttle hotel - excellant value for money!

bolton hotelConvenient for Earls Court, everything about this hotel is small/compact.....room, lift, lobby, breakfast room. However pleasant staff and immaculate room and fittings. Would stay again depending on the price asked.

Room on the small side but given what I paid I was happyI paid GBP75 per night, and although the room was rather small (I could not open my toilet door with an opened suitcase), I am generally happy. Very clean and bright, with simple neat decor. Lots of TV channels and powerful shower-head. Front desk staff was nice and helpful but there's room to improve (they could have been more informed about transportation disruptions on London Marathon day). Overall, for the price I paid, I am generally satisfied with the hotel and will return again, if it does keep up with the cleanliness (which is most important for me).

I highly recommend staying at The Boltons HotelThe Boltons hotel had recently been refurbished to an excellent standard. The decor was very nice - modern, light and airy, and the bed was very comfortable! It is in a fantastic location, just a 2 minute walk from Earls Court tube station, which is very central.Fantastic value for money, especially because breakfast is included in the £99.There was a range of hot and cold food at breakfast, all of which was fresh and with good service.i would definitely stay here the next time I am in London.

small but welcoming, cosy hotelOverall very nice hotel - close to amenities (e.g. earls court) within easy walking distance. Rooms very nice, well decorated, comfortable. Would stay there again. However, the only downside would be the breakfast room which is too small and customers were queuing up to get in for breakfast.
