Home fries = Fried Potatoes Bartenders do not know how to make drinks or the name of drinks I asked the guy for a screwdriver he said flat head or phillips at least the old ladies knew how to make drinks and the name of them even made up their own. Room was dusty a little smelly waitstaff in the morning would rather talk to each other Front desk the young lady was a know it all and I got a dent in my car no one cared I will stay at the cape codder

A good Hotel located on the beach. Nice location. Easy to drive to historic areas on the cape. Skippers restaurant was just down the road. Great place to eat. Indoor and outdoor pool. Great in case of rain.

Its near the sea. Inefficient, noisy, bad service, no parking. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. So disappointing. The staff was inefficient. They regularly rent to large FRATERNITY party's who make a lot of noise until 4am. There is no security to address this issue. The service was bad, we had to wait for 45mins for someone to help us with luggage. Rooms were leaking due to unexpected rains and so there was a lot of chaos The staff person started crying at one point.

Hotel staff were friendly. The rooms were spacious. The beach was small, but uncrowded, with lots of chairs to sit on, although this could have been the time of year. The food was very good as well especially the hotcakes for breakfast. I would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a great time. We loved the outdoor pool and lunch area. Next door was a splash pool for younger children which was great if you are traveling with little ones. Overall we were very pleased.

I chose this hotel because it was pet friendly. I was not told there would be an extra charge for having my small pet with me until I was ready to check out. The lady told me she forgot to tell me about the extra charge. In addition, the room was not very clean. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. On Friday night we couldn't sleep because the band was playing so loud on the lower level lounge. Only positive was the proximity to the beach and the indoor pool. The indoor pool area also had a hot tub that was huge. It was nice and relaxing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for the price.

The Best Western Blue Blue Water on the Ocean in South Yarmouth, Ma. was in a great location. The resort is close to one of the main streets in the town and the resort is located in a very nice neighborhood. The room that we stayed in was much larger than we thought.It had a king size bed and it also had 2 twin beds and a kitchen area. The room had a ocean veiw and the private beach started about 50ft. away from our room and the water was about 80yds. from that. There is also a public pier and a place to launch boats within walking distants.
