The beds are extremely comfortable. However the bed did have a dirty pillow on it which was gross.

Nice facility, but unsafe. Unsafe. Do not use this hotel, I was robbed at knife point walking home the first night I was there. The second night my car (which was parked in hotel parking) was broken into.

The food was amazing, hotel clean, and very convenient to ride the tram to city center. Service was poor. Our lights went out, flipped breaker, and we were in the dark for over an hour until they came and fixed it.

Comfortable bed and great bathroom, 13 Euro breakfast is big and hearty.Take Bus 21 from Centraal Station area,in front of the boat tours adjacent to the Victoria hotel, to Bos en Lommer stop,a 20 min ride from Downtown but worth it.Not the jazziest hotel, but if you want a new(2007) modern hotel with a clean room and tempurpedic bed this place is fine. KFC and food stores just around the corner .Just be sure at the desk the phone is "unlocked" if you want to make a call.

The Blue Tower Hotel in Amsterdam is a good deal for the price paid. The area is a bit sketchy and a little outside of the city but overall decent. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were nice.

Super hotel. Only criticisms were poor lighting in the rooms and the room was very hot. We couldn't get the air conditioning to cool it even when on lowest setting so turned the control off when we got in one night but it took a long time to cool. Unfortunately, whatever setting we had used, the staff put it back up during the day so it was hot again when we got in. These are minor criticisms of an excellent hotel.

I expected much less for a Best western but this hotel was perfect for my short trip in Amsterdam. All was very clean and modern the only thing that I could find unsatisfying was that it doesnt have a bar in the hotel. But everyhting is good for the price. It is very close to the tram station so you are close to everything

Hotel was new and potentially nice. Some negatives were that it wasn't as downtown as I thought. They do rent bikes right there at the hotel so that was a nice way to explore the town. The room's airconditioning didn't work and the rooms didn't have a way to open the windows so the room was stuffy. The shower in the bathroom was nice but a molding on the bottom of duel opening door was missing which allowed an enormous amount of water free into the bathroom. :/ We were more careful the next time we showered but it still seemed water escaped, requiring some mop up duty after the shower.

The heating had broke and it was minus 8 degrees outside so too cold to sleep but the facilities were fantastic, the staff were really helpful and the hotel was fantastic value for the money. Really made our stay all the better and only a short tram ride from the centre of Amsterdam. If you don't mind the tram ride i highly recommend booking this hotel!

The hotel is very convenient as it is close to where our daughter is living. The breakfast room was in its new location this time we visited. It was very nice and an excellent breakfast as before but it was rather draughty in the new breakfast room from the main doors opening and closing.

Hotel is excellent quality, but location is outside city centre. It is near a good tram and bus service. No bar.

Reception desk was not very knowledgeable for happenings in the city centre and was slightly arrogan when talking to guests.

Car parking is available, fast free internet wireless, and friendly workers. Breakfast is very normal, and around the location you can find a lot of restuarants. In general the hotel is fine and i wouldnt mind to stay again there.
