I found the hotel to be clean and friendly. You have to make a u-turn to get back to the main highway. I found the hotel to be satisfactory for the price and location. I would use this chain again.

My husband and I took a weekend getaway and stayed here. The motel is located in a nice town just about 10 minutes from New Orleans. The motel was really nice. The room was alot bigger than I would expect for a standard room. Our room had a frig, microwave, and sink with counter space and cabinets. That was totally unexpected since I reserved a standard room. The people were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and everything worked. I'd stay here again without any hesitation!

very nice hotel over all .. i do wish i was able to get a king room but 2 queens didnt turn out too bad .. the location was ok .. i wasnt a large fan of the ghetto store beside it though .. the pool area was super nice .. the room was very clean .. over all i would say 4.0 out of 5 .. i would stay again :)

Need by fish market. I asked for a non-smoking room, and wasgiven a smoking room, even when requested personally when at the location. It's a cute location, the rooms needs some sort of dehumidifier.

The pool, which is located in the parking lot, with a small fence around it. The work-out room consisted of two bikes. That's it!!! They didn't have enough staff, so my room wasn't cleaned. My family and I were extremely disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this hotel chain to anyone.

I was given a large handicapped room, laundry, continental breakfast, free WiFi. No elevator to second floor. This hotel exceeded my expectations as I am originally from another part of the parish and I knew this hotel is in a very low income area. Would not be an area to walk around in but property was spacious and clean. Enjoyed continental breakfast and not having to pay for WiFi.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful, The General Manager was not. She talked down to me and was not helpful at all. The light bulbs kept going out all over the room. The bathroom light went out while I was in the shower. The hotel is right next to a apartment complex and the noise is very bad at times. The walls are very thin. They ran out of towels and I did not get any fresh one until 7:00pm, which I had to go down and pick up myself.

Rooms were clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was much too far from New Orleans French Quarter. Although the hotel staff made our stay very comfortable, the facility itself was much too far away from were we wanted to be. We would likely not stay there again for that reason.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean Bathroom. Very friendly staff, even though some spoke little English. The room I requested was not available so they offered a different room non-smoking with no extra charge. The bathroom in our room was very clean that is important, sheets were crisp and clean also a plus. I would use this hotel again if ever traveling to Westwego, LA.

Staff was very accommodating & friendly. Location, not convenient to anything! Hotel was almost new. Rooms in good condition & well maintained. However, this is very far out, past the end of the west bank expressway, so not convenient to Algiers or Gretna.

Clean, internet. Location. It was a very nice place to stay. Clean, beds were more comfortable than hotel usually are, internet access was nice. The building like new and grounds were in good condition

It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The way you have to get across the highway from theU turn lane. Hard to cross the traffic.

I could see the Alerio Center from the parking lot of the hotel!!! The room smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. A nice place to stay if you find yourself with business on the West Bank. Easy to get to any attraction Westwego has to offer.
