Floors were dirty & checking in the front desk clerk was mean to me.

I found the hotel to be comfortable, and do not agree with many of the negative ratings it has been given. The hallway.

Balconies looking out over the Bay, very clean and good restaurants nearby.

Not really sure if it was part of the hotel, but the jet ski rental team were rude and very unprofessional.

Location on Tampa bay. We almost missed our flight because the driver for the shuttle didn't show up. it's currently being remodeled and there's a lot of construction going on but it will be pretty nice when it's done.

Staff was very nice, a good restaurant next door. Nothing to dislike. Though they were upgrading, with the attendant construction, they kept the place looking well. Staff was friendly and helpful, recommended a good restaurant next door. Rooms were pleasant, amenities were good.

The view of the harbor on the second stay. Our room was very clean and the harbor view was nice, the elevators took forever when you called for it up or down. The location was good but I don't believe I would stay there again.

Work in progress - lobby smelled like paint and in disarray What I got was a construction area with painting going on in the lobby and furniture in the hallways. It was an embarrassment.

The hotel was great but their were food service trays out in the hall for almost a day! The hotel is under major remodeling so it was a bit messy, but nice. The hallways were dark and not very clean. There were food service trays that were out in the hall from 3:00 in the afternoon till at least 5:30 the next morning! The deck was nice off of the room but the chairs were quite worn. The pool area was nice but had used towels and drink cups all over the place. Just a lack of cleaning help to maintain an overall clean look throughout the hotel.

Nothing. Being remodeled, 2 time here and this time was worse than the first. Hotel is being sold and remodeled. My kids hated this place. The place is falling apart, staff is slow and non responsive an overall disaster. Please wait till the place is remodeled completely and then do a review of the hotel. Don't keep sticking people there.

Price and location (on the water, close to airport). Hotel was under construction. No pool, construction dust. Hallways cluttered.

It was under renovation. The pool was closed, the rooms smelled like paint, the public space was under construction with exposed wires and pipes. In it's current state, it was an awful experience. I can see how it might be nice in a few months.

Great rooms with outside balconies for relaxation; all rooms have amenities, and is neatly located on the beach with Crabby Bill's Currently the hotel and grounds are undergoing updating so the pool was not available and there was excess sand/dirt blowing. But, this is temporary! A really great spot to relax and stay once the renovations/updates are completed.

The only saving grace in this run down shack is the location. Wires hanging above our heads in the hallways. Stinky carpet, nonworking elevators. This was the worst hotel we have ever been in. It is in renovations and should not be open to the public. There are wires hanging from the ceiling, elevators don't work right, carpet smells, we hated going to sleep in those beds, the pool was drained and in horrible shape, everything seemed so disgusting, we felt like we were in a dive that cost like 10 dollars a night.

The hotel staff was friendly. The restaurant had good seafood. Construction ruined the whole experience. No pool, gym in a hotel room, brown water. The hotel will be nicer in the summer, but my experience was bad. I was looking forward to the pool, but it was closed and I had to be shuttled to a pool at a neighboring hotel. The gym ,was three machines in a hotel room. Wires were hanging from the ceiling in the first floor lobby. Elevators were freight-like. Woke up to construction noises each morning for four days. Brown water because they had to turn off the pipes for a while.

The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly. The noise from the construction, and public areas not available. The hotel was nice and when construction is complete will be well above average.

Unable to say anything positive. Hotel was being renovated. When the renovations are complete, this may be a nice hotel. We arrived late (11:30 pm) and were woken at 7:00am by construction workers outside our room. We lodged a complaint and the manager provided discount.
