Stay at the hotel was enjoyable. Will stay there again. Hotel is very convenient to the USS Alabama exhibit. Recommend getting a room on the battleship side of the hotel because you get a great view in the morning and are shaded from the sun in the afternoon. Swimming pool was well maintained and clean. The restaurant is 50 feet away and pleasant. Be careful on ordering to many side dishes because the servings were quite plentiful. I enjoyed the salmon and jumbolaya on separate nights. Both were well prepared and seasoned to my taste. The desert of bread pudding uses real whiskey! Great! Breakfast was hearty and prompt. Recommend the bisquits with the breakfast. Final note: Coming from the east on I-10 at 5 p.m. required me to have to cross two VERY, VERY busy roads full of traffic coming out of Mobile to get to the hotel. Be careful during those times!

Good location and easy to find. Had an ant problem. The location was good, close to the Historic District. The battleship view was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. They allow pets so my little dog could come along. The only thing was that ants had gotten in overnight, but when I told the manager he got someone to take care of it. Overall pleasant experience.

The hotel was OK, I didn't like that I booked a specific room online and when we checked in that room was not available. But they did give us a discount. We had to switch rooms 3 times before we found one that was not infested with ants. I realize it's the south, they have bugs, but there should still be steps taken to keepo them out of the rooms. Overall, I would not reccommend the hotel, there are plenty of other hotels in the area, that could be better.

The battleship is located in a great area. The staff is friendly and check in was easy. However, I have stayed in better hotels for a $100/per night. The hotel is located in an area that increase convenience for travel. Minutes away from mobile and daphne, and close to the Gulf.

We stayed at the Battlship Inn just one night so that our kids could visit the battleship. I was really impressed with the size of the room and how clean it was. The beds were extremely comfortable, having two queens worked out great (much better than two doubles like most hotels have). The location was great. I was very happy with the hotel and would definitely stay there again.
